Sir, the plot size is 1208 sqft. with approx. dimensions of 30ft×40ft. Considering Municipal Counsil rules & guidelines how much (Max.) area on ground floor can be used for construction of a house with a parking for a four wheeler (Mahindra Scorpio) & 2 two wheelers.
only problem with "real assit" is that they do not assist with engineer name or address so that you can design your home as per the video house in other states as well.
Out side looks nice but inside cabinets doesn't suits the house .hope u find some better colours .n cameraman pls be a professional.round round ...😕 the bush.eyes exercise for us.

I think in the backyard ...adjacent to the Kitchen. You have to come out from Kitchen back door and enter the staircase situated outside the kitchen. (Watch at 4:47)
Will you do construction in Tirunelveli? Kerala houses (contemporary style) are really good in both style and built. I am planning to do construction next year but here architect and their designs are very old and not good. Do you have people in south tamilnadu?
