Recently, UA-cam has exhibited a pattern of denying people from receiving their play buttons, introduced at VidCon 2012. This was an issue that was never expected to hit the platform, but it has effected people like MKP Studios, StreetManTV, and Tipster. After the first case, Keemstar would post a Drama Alert where he claimed the situation to be a lie, but as more people came forward, others like Scarce and SomeOrdinaryGamers would proceed to also make videos. The Silver Play Button, Gold Play Button, and Diamond Play Button are all the most likely to be received, though a select few have been given a custom reward or a Red Diamond award. This video is not about jschlatt, Fitz, Swaggersouls, Dream, TommyInnit, or KSI being cancelled. This has nothing to do with stan culture or cancel culture. The content presented does not contain Jacksucksatlife or Jacksucksatstuff in any way. This is a video exposing a deep issue within UA-cam that few others have spoken about.

@Sam B Everything you have listed here is either a lie, something lacking context that changes the story, is an issue which has been resolved, or is something so minuscule that it's not worth mentioning. Tip's not a perfect guy, but your bias against him shines much more than anything that he's legitimately done wrong over the years.

I don't think Augie had access to the folder itself, and he also regrets being involved with that.
Don't accuse me of wanting to silence people, that goes against everything I believe about censorship and is categorically false. I've responded to and had conversations with critics who decided to address me with actual rebuttals instead of insulting me and spouting baseless arguments.
Augie and his friend Nicholas DeOrio went through everything on a stream a few months ago. Obviously Augie didn't like the experience but they managed to get through it after trying to reason with each other. The reason I made the Schlatt video was to provide a proper rebuttal to the Twitter threads attempting to cancel him. If you really think my video was supposed to be damage control then you have completely missed the point of it. I'd tell you to go back and rewatch it, but it's clear that you're not open to different perspectives and instead would rather accuse me of bullshit that comes from your inability to handle the fact that I watch and support people who you don't like. There's no reason for me to continue replying, it's not worth my time to argue with someone who's only goal is to make me look like a disingenuous asshole.

About the video, thank you for bringing awareness to this topic. I wasn't really aware of it. Also, I liked how you admitted that moving away from UA-cam to another platform isn't an option, as UA-cam is way to large. I don't see many people acknowledging that our only option is to change UA-cam, not to move away from it. Thank you, and I hope to see more great content for you!
