I pre-ordered/downloaded the game a week ago for the Switch and noticed an issue on day 1. I played the game in airplane mode immediately as took the bus to work and noticed some screen juddering. It was very noticeable as I play all these games (with the exception of MVC2) quite regularly on many devices and emulation devices. However I noticed that since yesterday afternoon and until now; the issue seems to be gone. I did take my system off of airplane mode, connected online (did not play online, just connected it) and have avoided going to the homescreen and it seems to be just fine now. I personally liked the 30th anniversary Street fighter Museum with the music player and all the other stuff they gave you like the concept art for all the 12 games. You get to see the SF timeline from the first game to the 30th anniversary collection 1987-2018. All those little things are neat. Speaking of the timeline when you go into it you can see all the concept are for all the other games like Street fighter four and five and all the other stuff in between they have games like the 15th anniversary, hyper street fighter and all the concept art from there. They even show things like third strike online. I think they have a couple pictures from there and other games. Same thing with Tekken 7 where you can go back and watch videos from the past games 1-7, tag tournament 1 and 2 like the intros.

"Well, whatta ya know. Put out flypaper, catch a spider. Make one wrong move, please, and you're shish kebab."
Neat, but also Angemon? Digimon fan?
@@MysteryAGMLegend Yep. In fact, I just pre-ordered the Digimon: The Movies Collection 1 on Blu-Ray from the Crunchyroll store. It's got the Original English dub movie as a bonus feature, plus new English Dubs for the three movies: Digimon Adventure, Our War Game, and Hurricane Touchdown.
There's a good chance the Divorce-causing Angela Anaconda short attached to the start of the movie will be removed from the OG English Dub Movie.
You gotta stop calling it a compilation and call it what it calls itself, a collection ✨
Its not hard to cancel subscriptions to streaming services lol, yall sell anything.
Got it on steam, and double dipped with the switch physical. Really glad they came out with this, and while I prefer PC I also like to have physical copies of these games that have been lost to licensing in the past.
I pretty much only want to buy this for the punisher honestly. I always rented it as a kid. Banger
I grabbed it for PS and I'm loving it so far. DSP says the netcode is crap but it feels great to me, almost like playing offline. The input delay can be adjusted to make it feel smoother as well.
I think it's a great collection overall. I played through The Punisher first thing. So great... reminded me of my childhood days at the arcade.
I may get this game just for the Punisher beat em up! ❤❤, I will likely go for the physical Switch version, I want to play this more on the OLED handheld
I’m the triple dip guy. I bought it on steam. I got a sealed PS4 and Switch version. If and when the Xbox version comes out I will buy it.
I am from India I never had a chance to play these games in the 90s I downloaded in my ps5 it's awesome collection
I will buy capcom fighting collection 2 also wish we can have fighting collections like tekken soul calibre virtua fighter mortal Kombat and bloody roar
I got digitally on the switch and preordered it physically on PS4 and Switch. I did hear the European switch version will come with the case and digital code rather than a cartridge. I'm not sure if that will transfer over to the US. If that's the case I'll have to cancel my switch preorder...
It will carry over. Sorta. Just make a seperate European eshop account and redeem the code. You can still play it thru your regular account.
@@tinlunlau1 main concern is getting it digital, but picking up a physical copy with a case, but no cartridge, just a code...
@@ej86 exactly. I've bought digital games from two different regions on a regular basis. You could also change your main account region to Europe and redeem the code there.
Me and my best friend played this so much growing up but I was never any good because I always played it like it was Street Fighter 2 😂. This time around im really gonna learn the mechanics
Bro! It's like you read my mind! I play this like og SF2 and SUCK! 😅 I really need to learn the MVC2 mechanics...
Wow you guys mustve really sucked.
The Marvel versus games are actually simplified fighting games compared to regular fighters.
@WhatIsMatter101 I'm actually pretty decent at SF2 Turbo, and 3rd Strike. The air combos never made sense to me. I thought the super combo system was over simplified though.
@@DontKnowDontCare6.9 is not that we suck it's more of not understandimg the mechanics. Plus I didn't even know high level play existed, I was like 10 years old when I first started playing MVC2
Maaaaaaan I was playing Children of the Atom & Punisher til like 4am
Brings back memories of playing some of these games in the arcade back in the day btw bought it for switch.
I played the PS2 version growing up, had no clue it was the worst way to play, but I didn't care.
I miss the menu for MvC2 but overall, it's perfect.
worst is subjective. did you have fun?
I preordered it physical for Nintendo Switch because I've always wanted Marvel vs Capcom 2 on a Nintendo console.
2:23 Come on Frenchy say it right Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes
Overall, the collection looks great. The only major problem is that it has just one "Quick Save" slot instead of individual save slots for each game.
I’m really excited to play this, I’m waiting for the physical release 😁
I would agree what you said with the museum stuff some people like it some do not.
5:40 RIP Dean.
Loves these games back in the 90's.
pre-ordered the physical, cant wait.
It might end up being a code in a box like European version instead of a Cart.
Waiting for the American release date. I have bought these games so many times and now I’m buying it again. They’re awesome arcade fighting games
I beat punisher and the 8 year old me wants to fight now! Hope physical situation gets sorted out. But........ Capcom should have included Xmen mutant apocalypse in this collection.
Hey RGT 85 will you play Funko fusion also awesome video I will be getting this game as well ❤
Rgt gets whipped in smash. My favorite memory of 24 summer.
Can’t wait for this to go on super sale. 🍻
I bought it yesterday on steam and have the switch on preorder.
Never played X-Men Children of the Atom and the Punisher, can't wait to finally play them when my copy of the collection comes out.
I want a new X-Men vs street fighter game
I picked up the digital copy on steam but will pick up my physical copy for the switch in Tokyo ❤😊
Thanks for reviewing the switch version
Apparently the European version is a code in a box.....so we'll have to see for the US.
Really hope it's actually physical, sharing games in the house is just easier that way.
might buy this down the road. got too many games coming up. zelda echoes of wisdom is next on my list.
Children of the Atom and Marvel Superheroes in the Arcade was a big deal to me of a Capcom Fighter besides Street Fighter I was so into. I bought this collection on Switch yesterday!
I'm definitely going to pick this up when it's cheaper in the future. I have too many games going on right now.
