Slightly off topic: one method of (supposedly) avoiding getting your PC hacked by Russians is to install the Armenian language pack as an added keyboard input language to your en-US PC. Use the Windows key + spacebar to toggle between keyboard input methods. Question: is there a difference between "Chinese" & "Chinese Government" versions of Windows? And ease of switching the language from the originally installed Chinese to en-US?
