Of coarse the wire is breaking. Brian’s pulling with both hands!😂
The power of editing changes the perception of how much time, physical and mental energy is consumed with preparation and actually fencing, hooking up equipment, walking, repairs, lifting, bending, and so many other tasks to begin listing. It takes self motivation to enjoy the success of a family owned business. You guys do a fantastic job. Thanks for sharing your lives.
appreciate this
Well said. These two gentlemen are easily my favorite UA-cam channel!
Any day you get to work along side your dad is a good day. You're a lucky man, Cole.
I drove right by the place last week delivering a grain vac to one of your neighbors, saw the sign for Storla and thought "I must be close to Sonne Farms."
Truly God's Country! And a whole lot of pheasants running.
Miniscule contribution to the Busch fund 😊 ... fencing not interesting? But it is, because it's Sonne Farms fencing, I enjoyed every bit of it! Thanks for the videos! 😊
Thanks so much!
Why, why. Brain your sense of humor is contagious!! Y'all are fun to watch.👍👍👍
So what do I win? LOL
I loved it when you said something smelled like poo. Especially when you consider that you're surrounded by it! 💩😁
I literally laughed out loud when Bryan said “why, why”
You guys sure aren't strangers to hard word!
Great video!
I thought for sure Brian was gonna say “ Call me the Breeze” was song of the day!! 😂
“WHY?! WHY?!”
Damn, Brian. That’s cold. 😂
hehe
I am curled up under a blanket loving your fence building videos while my 1/4 mile fence build calls my name to get off my butt and get to work. Thanks guys
It's amazing how you and your dad work toghter.
Where is your track machine? Great work guys. Thanks
Your videos are never boring, especially when we get to see supervisor Ellie showing you the next task. Thanks!
Great job with the new fence cole and Brian 👍
Brian, Cole, and Ellie, I always enjoy your videos.
Glad to see that Ellie is keeping an eye on what you're doing. Your videos are never boring.
Thank you!
TOTALLY ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO COLE AND BRIAN 😊
Now that you have that excavator I’d look into a pounder for it. I have one on my mini and being able to turn the boom sideways and track straight is just one of those things that gives you the warm fuzzies.
A bar similar to your Tanya Harding bar almost killed me. My wife was brush hogging and hit the bar. It cut off a piece a few inches long and threw it right at me. It banged off, and dented, the roll cage right over my head inside the UTV I was driving. I was well over 50 ft away. We had no idea the pipe was in the grass or why it was there.
Yer wife knew. Keep yer eyes on her. 😂😂😂😂
The clouds in the sky over Sonne Farms are especially beautiful today!
Thank you Sonne farms!!!
Great job today. Thanks for a good video. Peace to you and your family.
Good clean fun!! I love your industrial videos with you and your Dad.
DAVENPORT IOWA DAD JOKE of the day
[Q] what is the most mentally deranged INSECT,known to humankind?
[A the LUNAR-TICK's,of course
Brian doing his Nancy Kerrigan was gold.
lol
Good video Cole and Brian yal stay safe
Redoing fence so much FUN 🤣🤣
The skies and clouds in this video were lovely!
The drive down gate is my favorite!
Maybe Ellie needs a doggo buddy…she can share all her secrets with.
Cole ; How many holes are in the seat of the Bobcat now ? 😅 😂
Brian yelling 'Why?' after the Tanya Harding comment had me dying laughing. I bet most folk these days don't know how those two things are correlated.
I was hoping someone would catch that!
@@briansonne814 poor ole Nancy. Her triple axels were never the same. Ha Ha!
Thanks for another great video. It was interesting.
Nice work doing that fencing. You and your dad are super fence builders. Excellent teamwork between you two.
Fencing is not easy work but you both doing it with ease. Like those drive thru gates you put in. Makes it easier to get in and out of the pasture.
Nice looking fence when done.
That barb wire that snapped could have been dangerous. Lucky you both were out of the way. Ouch if that catches you. New wire should not break.
Your calf pen looks nice all cleaned up. Ready for more calf’s. You keep your cow lots in real nice shape. My compliments to you both.
Thanks for everything Cole. You both take care and be safe. Thanks. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Three cheers for Ellie.
Good fences make wonderful neighbors 🥰👍✌️
Just saw a UA-cam video showing how they use old railroad rails to make T posts. Pretty cool that they recycle those rails.
I love how you guys keep thing cleaned up, nothing boring about Sonne Farms ❤❤
😄 you two's random comments really tickle my funny bone.
I actually learned how to put fencing clips on from watching cole do it so much, so thank you cole
Love the fencing videos! Nice work 👏
Its never ending and job security! Cole and Brian ya’ll are doing a great job.
Looks like them new bale feeders are doing the job
Great video 👍😊👍
Your dad us really cool. It's great you all get to spend time together
I think fencing is awesome to watch. Honestly I like watching the banter between y’all and just the father and son team y’all make… it’s just enjoyable to watch.
Gotta love the extra uses of vise grips
Tonya Hardin's tube..... Hahahaha I had completely forgot about all that.
Walk and repair a lot of fences in my younger's younger years. Help put up new fence, I enjoy all the new tools thar you use.
I'm never bored with your videos. Sometimes I get interrupted. In fact, I need to finish up the last video you produced. I'm always excited to see a new upload from you.
Once again another awesome video Cole.
The loss of a Perkins, that'll only keep you healthier. I'm sure you eat better at home.
Until next time take care and be safe. 🚜🚜🚜
I am sure Tanya appreciated being mentioned on your vlog ( I got a laugh form it and am surprsied that you ar eold enough to remember her) 🚜 🚜 🚜🐄🐄🐄🐄 🚜 🚜🚜
Three things that are getting harder to find these days, integrity, trust and quality. Every time I see you guys building more fence I ask myself, if you joined all that wire end to end would it circle the equator yet?😊
Maybe the fence wire isn't getting weaker, maybe you are getting stronger 💪💪
Are we getting our hunting video this year??!! Old fence line looks great gentlemen 🇺🇸
Brian, remember the "good old days" when you had to hand dig a hole fort all those wooden posts?!
not so good ole days!
I figured out what your Bobcat reminds me of.... those little Italian guys who worked on the race cars in Cars. I will call him Luigi. 😊
lol
Beautiful sky in this video. God is good!
Good job guys
Always a Fun Vlog... GREAT fencing job Cole & Brian...
Hugs & Blessings Always 🙏❤️💙💖💙🐕...💙🤗✝️
Respect 🫡
Poor flatlander. Little like some of us other farmers have to deal with on a regular basis. Love the videos keep them coming. I have a 200 acre small farm with 300feet of elevation change on property.
You’ll work so well together. Be careful and God Bless.
Its always an interesting video when the HAMMER comes out!
Ole Brain made me belly laugh with the Nancy Kerrigan impression
You 2 were liking that mini flame thrower a little to much 😂
amazing video Cole and Mr. B. Thank you both so much.
Hope you and the intern had a great Thanksgiving.
Always enjoy your videos. Farmers work is never done!
I saw you using that handheld post pounder and thought “THAT’S WHERE MINE WENT!!”
Scardy cat. It's only too steep when you have to use the bucket/attachment as a counterbalance to keep from flipping over backwards. Of course I also noticed that Dad made Cole drive on the steep stuff.
I think that gate is so cool!
When Brain was tightening the wire I could just hear it go snap💪💪😂!! Mr Cole I believe you could build those drive threw gator gates sir. Didn’t know you guys were ice skating fans in South Dakota 😢. Thanks so much everyone!!
in a world where one political party is wholly associated with college protests against AMERICA, it's good to see some all American work for all American Beef. God Bless America and FJB
Do love that pole driver. Makes quick work of it.
Was great to see your wire winder in action again in the prev video also
worked great good job ironing out all the problems previously cheers from Oz
Enjoyed the fencing video (and everything else)! Thanks for sharing your day!
🏡 Hi Cole and Brain and Jeff and family Great video Yes 🌈☀️🐂🐂🐂🚜🚜🚛🚛and Starla🌈⭐ Station⛽Thank You 🎗️✌️☮️♥️♥️🌹🌹💌🤳💞
I like your channel so much better than some of the others, just a couple guys working hard to grind out a living, unlike some of the others who seem to think they need to show us how much money they can spend polishing their equipment.
just wanna take care of our cattle and puppy
Great video
Hey, fencing is my favorite thing. I wish I could help. Tanya Harding..now there’s a name I haven’t heard in a while. Ellie is queen of the farm. She knows everything.
Storla Station
I also like that Brian gives us the song of the day.. I like that he gives us lots of deferent bands..
Nice looking Tower from Mitchell FD !!!
Talking about fencing, when I was still farming, we used Gaucho wire for years. It is a high tensile wire, with very aggressive barbs and being high tensile wire, it rarely ever went loose. You could stretch the hell out of it without breaking. It also didn't rust. Great wire.
Gaucho is just a brand name, and its not known to be great quality. Thats why its cheap. Red Brand is *supposed* to be the highest quality heavy-gauge barbed wire there is. I use it myself. It should never break like that under tension.
I hear what your saying about the barbed wire, but I guess the choices out there isn't much different. I have some issues with the T post too, the older ones are more durable and less prone to breaking or losing the bottom bracket. I used a 3 point post driver back in the 70's, they really got the job done back then, but the ones on the skid loaders are really versatile. Enjoyed watching, thanks and have a good evening!
I hate that new things break. I put in a lot of fence this summer and I snapped the Barb wire multiple times. I also use Red Brand, but sometimes get other brands on deals, auctions, online. Nonetheless, the $5 posts have worked well for me. Thanks for sharing.
I’m so happy to see that automated gate! You guys needed it so bad!!!❤
Actually Cole and Brian I really enjoy your fencing videos. We fence completely different from you. We use woven fence here and drill our wood posts. It's interesting to watch how you and others run just the barded wire. Keep up the great work and awesome videos. Keep the song of the day coming Brian its great!!!
I just love your channel! I look forward all the new angles we get to see!
Thanks for the video and I like watching the fencing must say I love them swing gates great job 😊
Great video Cole! Hope yall have decent winter, gets some moisture in the ground, and have a good crop next year. Maybe get a little over production of hay.
Thanks and GOD BLESS 😀
Not to steep for professional fence technicians Cole and Brian , looks so flat all around .. great work you both make me laugh .
Don't stop fencing I enjoy watching and learning as well for manure hauling keep up the good videos from upstate new York and GOD BLESS
Any work in the country is exciting for folks who live in a city.
Good job !
Just wanted to mention I saw some stroopwaffles in one of our local grocery stores down here in SW Florida home of Hurricane Ian. And Im sorry for continually bringing that up but people are still homeless here
Good looking fence. You outta throw out a little grass seed along where it’s all tore up and winters snow should help incorporate it and in spring you’ll have grass for them hungry critters
sure has been a nice open fall so far. in the last week of October I thought for sure winter was here to stay and here we are going into December and the cows are still out grazing stock piled grass. Allows a guy to strike of that ever growing to do list.
I always wondered what happened to Tanya's knee knocker. Thanks Cole
Overkill.......I didn't think that was a thing when it came to anything holding cattle 😂😂, stay safe guys
Brings back memories, putting up new fences. I actually found a way to clip the wire to the post easily and fast. Of all things, I used a paint can opener, tide it around my neck and away I went. I found the fencing players just to cumbersome.
Awesome job guys 👍another busy day done in 30 minutes 😅Aloha from Hawaii 🤙🏽😎🌴
I'd love to hang out with your dad making fence he makes me laugh lol
