A definition of "oaf" includes "a stupid, uncultured, or clumsy person". It is very clear through the many years of Bishop Sheen's documented works that he was none of those things. I hope God has softened your heart to be more receptive to those who strive to faithfully serve the Lord.
I believe that nothing says "the word of the lord" is authentic than the fact that it is timeless. Most of his programs, though given several decades ago, the message is 100% accurate for our times today. Sometimes, eeriely so. Just found your channel and I really love the Sheen content! Divorce is indeed a problem. But clergy need to *rebuke the anti-social behaviors that provoke divorces:* drunkenness, drug abuse, domestic abuse, neglect, greed, egotism, selfishness, gambling, pornography, adultery and criminality, aka the common male vices.
