What about if they are like 3.5 years old and until like 2.8 years old, they had like 20 words but they can speak now like with sentences of 4-8 words. Also, the more complex the sentence becomes it is harder for them to put then in the right order and they repeat their selves. Have a vocabulary of definitely 800 words and they add words weekly. I mean within 10 months of saying practically nothing they can say sentences and questions (proper questions)! But i would say 40% of words are not pronounced correctly. They have phonological issues for sure, but can it be appraxia as well?

So interesting! Does your kiddo go to speech therapy? It sounds like they may have symptoms of echolalia or hyperlexia, but you'd definitely want to check with an SLP! We have videos on both of those topics, as well :)

@@GoallyApps Hello, many thanks for the reply. Yes he is going to SLP for like 10 months twice a week. But the SLP even if he specializes in apraxia he has not made his mind yet. He might have symptoms but even if he has some kind of apraxia might be very mild one. The SLP is quite confused. Our kid does add words weekly but not like 30 words weekly - maybe 10 it depends. He does repeat his self and sometimes may say some words wrongly - like once correct and other time wrong and then correct again. But i would say around 80% the time he does the the same phonological errors. Also, sometimes he looks like he is trying to put his mouth in the correct position to say the word (which is apraxia symptom i believe). That's why we are confused. But his vocabulary is maybe not 800 do not know but definitely more than 600 which does not happen with kids with apraxia at this age - that is what we have been told.
