- Ohne Filter was a popular music program run by the German public TV station SWF from 1983 to 2001. The show featured international pop and rock artists, who would typically play a 45-minute set in front of a live audience in a TV studio.

...in 1976 march 13, in fresno, california ( midstate) at 19 half years, i was told about 'alcoholics anonymous' ( book 1939)..drinking beer every day.
...last drinks november 13, 1978...
The 'gorilla' album got me through 1975.
The 'in the pocket' album was a celebration of having become involved in 'alcoholics (anonymous)' 1976.
'gorilla' being the first album of james i ever bought..and gave a serious concentrated listening to on 'headphones'. Summer 1975.
Since then ive listened 'closely' to all his albums..including:
(1) the 'flying machine' album.
(2) the beatles "apple" label sponsered first first album, simply titled 'james taylor'.
(3) his first 'warners' album 'sweet baby james' 1970...and all the albums through 2002, and after...
His lyrics and melodys have sponsered my ongoing recovery from alcoholism...recovery through my continued participation in "alcoholics anonymous" ( founded 1935).
...heavy, james, very heavy...
