April 21, 2024 Adult Forum - St John’s Lutheran Church’s Redevelopment Project with Victor Forberger

St. John's Lutheran Church on East Washington here in Madison has been involved in redeveloping its site for a housing project with an emphasis on affordable housing in the downtown area. The project involves completely rebuilding their entire facility, working with several partners to accomplish the project, and is an exciting way of being a church in these changing times. Victor Forberger, one of the leaders for this project and an advocate for affordable housing, will be with us for the presentation.
