@@cappn_ronaldo that’s crazy dude. I got mine because of a fellow artist at my shop. We took them apart and compared, and the inside of his grip was finished and everything. Mine is just exposed metal with machining marks. Highly upset with my machine. Performs decent, but first impressions were not good.
@@guitarvirtuoduderyeah one of the leds in my screen died almost immediately after using it too. I forget the name of it but . Painful Pleasures, Peak and Ultimate beauty are owned by the same corporation...and they are just the absolute worst when It comes to customer service.
@@cappn_ronaldo they emailed me Thursday and asked for pictures, then ghosted me until earlier today when I received an email that said they’d get back to me Monday. Why even email me if you can’t just help?
@@cappn_ronaldohere I am, a month later, to report now that the battery disconnects itself randomly to where I have to undress my machine to reconnect it. BUT, I take the grip off to reconnect the battery and the battery is STUCK IN THE GRIP

I just got mine today and there were fingerprints on the screen, and the charging cable was missing.
Yeah bruh new peak sucks...the terminals on my are corroded. And I've only used it once

Try vice black ink vs dynamic ink . I heard vice is a much more vibrant black when healed
