After watching your video, I like that disposable grips are an option as well as that it comes with 3 cams to change the stroke for a harder or softer hit. However on the flip side, you really need to know what you are going to tattoo ahead of time to make sure that the correct cam is installed to get the most out of the machine, unlike those machines with an adjustable stroke with a click of the handle. This video gives a lot of food for thought. Thanks! 🙏 Poppy
Yes disposables are the way to go, in my oppinion. I'm not a huge fan of standard adjustables. I'd rather have multiple machines that are excellent for each of there assigned tasks, then one adjustable thats just OKAY at all tasks (hopefully that makes sense). The only standard adjustable I like using and still use is the Discover Device DF3. And the non standard adjustables like my WOS E50 and E60 wich ARE adjustable AND direct drive. So there's just alot of give and takes if that makes sense...thanks for watching brother
I kinda figured you’d enjoy it. You should try the T Rex bro. I love mine! It’s my favorite next to the E60. It’s awesome for 100 bucks and I only bought it for the color that I liked. Best purchase ever. It’s a hard hitting 4 stroke. Love the video Ron!
Yeah i don't really have any complaints about it tbh, not quite as punchy as I'd hoped but still a very capable machine. Is it called Ambtion Trex or Troll?
@@cappn_ronaldo I run mine with a 4.5 stroke for that reason. Lately my day to day have been the T Rex, E60,and Power Wand’s Packer and Shader. Not to mention not to long ago I got the P3 Pro Turbo.
I think they have changed the things with this machine. I have few of these and the hit really hard. Even the 4mm hit hard. Also my 5mm cam is the same size like the rest. The 5mm doesn't hit like the Bishop liner but still pack a goood punch
It's possible, could be me to brother. I was expecting it to hit much much harder cuz I gotta crank it up to 8.2/8.4 volts if I wanna 7 outline with any sort of speed. Its why I like the Peak Matrix so much cuz it rips 7 liners at 6.8/7.0 EASY money. Appreciate you watching brother
I get so confused about brushless va brushed motors like for rc cars brushed motors are still used for like crawlers because they have Lowe end torque on low rpm and controll and stability while a brushless motor is used for high rpm idk how that relates to tattoo machines hahah but what motor do you prefer if you have a preference….. and while I’m writing this you answered haha but ima still post it
Yeah i do like mine. most torps I've seen have a silver brushless motor...mine black and says "ABS" on the back?!....ive also been told it runs much stronger when it's corded...thanks for watching
I want this machine I just saw they make like a 28mm with the 3.5mm and then 3mm and maybe like 3mm stroke, was wondering if all the strokes work in both machines??
4.0 cam with the torped will get the job done....4.5 will get it done a little faster. Generally I use a 4.0 cam to do it all. Except for super super light tones I'll use a 3.0
when you hear me talk about brushless....im talking about the the external rotar that's in 90% of Chinese machines. But yeah I think they stink and i prefer a coreless over eternal rotar

Pretty much the exact same, I prefer a coreless motor they just have more power.....you can get power out of the brushless if there programmed right...typically if you want more torque out of a brushless you just turn up the volts...but I prefer to keep my volts low as possible....just get better heals that way in my experience
This machine is better with a cord or a critical battery or they name brand battery you can feel the difference when corded .. can you post the link to the disposable grip
Ive used it with a my critical shorty and ddnt seem to notice much of difference. Ill have to plug it in to my critical powersupply next. Here's the link: a.co/d/0bzPaOLD
I still want this machine lol I’ve watched so many reviews I have the cnc q2 and the dragonhawk x5 I like the x5 a lot but I want a better lining machine and well I still need practice I don’t think this pen will just make my lines good lol but maybe help a bit since I could line with traditional coil machines years ago but now I can’t lol maybe I need better quality needles
@@cappn_ronaldoJust came back to say have you saw the new 36mm torped that was just released? It comes with 4.5mm, 5.0mm, and 5.5mm strokes. I may give it a whiff. 😅
No i haven't seen it, i been using Xnet Sita. Its a lil bit heavier then the torped but had the same motor....I just pre-ordered a pretty badass machine. Its a collab machine between Ai and T2 called the One...should be here in the next week or 2. Stay locked 🔥

Only thing I know about the fluxmax is that you can't clean the inside of it 🫡
