Crusty dusty & musty ~ our 3 favorite Vintage finds 😄
My husband would say “it’s not that big of a mess” too! Lol
You have a lot to manage, but you have such a good attitude about it and make something that's stressful, not so stressful and actually fun! You two make a great team! ❤
I have to admit I am a collector of old items. My middle cellar has much in it! Here in England we do have some very old items. I find them, keep them! Ornate evening bags from the Victorian era. Gloves, lacework, crockery, glassware…too much to relate. I have a full length highly carved framed mirror from the time of Napoleon. That stays in my bedroom. 👍👍👍💜
Wow! That’s amazing! You have REAL antiques!
Fantastic!
@@cynthiafisher9907 I did visit the “Antiques Roadshow” when it came to my city, and it was literally just across from my home. I took just two items that my husband would say were just clutter. An old ornate pottery jug with an underwater theme, the fish are stunning, all hand painted, the other item a highly carved rounded wooden urn with a lid. Inside was a copper tube that protected the wood. It was a tea urn with a very small inside as tea was so very expensive back in the era it was made. That was valued at £330 the jug at £240. So £570 for what my husband classes as “Clutter” he never said anything after this. I only grabbed these two items as they were in my lounge. Easy to get to. I did inform the guy valuing them that my middle cellar had lots of my finds. He wished to come to have a look but, we where going out so I had to say no. He gave me his business card. I never did get back to him.
@@avacadman2155 That’s so cool! My husband and I were able to go to the Antiques Roadshow when it came near us as well. He took a small glass vase of his sister’s that she got when she lived in Libya. It actually got on the show, it was from around the time of Christ and had been buried in the sand? It’s so crazy that something so fragile was intact for that long! I took some hand carved sugar molds from an ancestor who was a chef at a famous restaurant in New York in the 1800s, Delmonicos. They were only worth about $500. It was a fun experience, though. I’d like to see all your amazing antiques, the UK has so much more history than the US.
Thank you for not calling her a koala 'bear'. Bravo.
Enjoy your company and videos, your knowledge, sharing, smiles, laughter and your love for each other and the Lord. Your forever fan!❤
Colette
Aww thank you! Thanks for watching.
All the knitted afghans are so pretty y'all picked up ❤
The Monet painting frame turned out beautiful.
Maybe put totes in car, put sale items in totes after buying and put them on shelves.
You've got a car in that garage, it isn't that big of a mess!
Great haul 😊 I really like the way the Monet pic came out ! 👍
OMGOODNESS That Toile Disney bag is FANTASTIC!!!!!
It was just too cute!
Love the thrifting Videos and the added feature of the clean up part of the garage. Also three items up cycled and ready for sale. You guys are Awesome...
"Lots more room, so we can buy more stuff." 🤣🤣🤣 I say that every time I organize my craft supplies.
We have that colander and use it all the time. One of my favorite kitchen gadgets
I've seen where people put little fairy lights under those at Christmas time in their kitchen to let the star shaped show.
Looks like my garage 😂😂😂
lol I have a feeling it looks like a lot of peoples garages😂😂
Hey ya'll. My name is Angel, and I am from the mountains of North Carolina. Gotta say I found your channel a few weeks ago and just wanted to let you know I enjoyed watching you. I ordered a few things earlier this week and saw it was shipped today. I can't wait till it gets here. I am so excited. I see Jami is a girl after my own Dr. Pepper lovin' heart. Does she think she will try the new coconut cream, Dr. Pepper, that's going to be coming out soon? I'm still on the fence about it. Maybe I will try one. I thought about sharing a couple of pictures, so maybe Zeb won't feel so bad about the pile in the garage. Mine is in my office. Lol. But I was too embarrassed. My plan is to work on it this weekend. Keep up the great work.
I too am from the mountains of NC Maggie Valley to be exact one of the most beautiful places on earth❤
Thanks for sharing. Love your videos.
Wow! It just gets better & better!

lol that’s the best cookbook EVER if anyone needs a good one. I got mine in 1982 for my wedding….still married and still using it! There’s a picture for every single recipe in the whole book
Which one??? Please
Everything turned out great
The frame turned out so good!
My mom sewed me a quilted jacket when I was like 12…I think that it’s funny that they are coming back around! But doesn’t everything?? 😂😂 Also, I was at Home Goods, in their blanket area and they had Crochet blankets for sale, just like the old ones that you guys are picking up…I was like NO Way! $50 for a brand new one…those also are coming back around! Love your videos guys!
Oh, the Ogden Nash book and Silas Marner and the koala! Watching your videos in Australia and loving them
Such a unique & pretty colors, quilted jacket @9:03 -- i would sew it into a quilted VB-style bag

Love that green tray thats kinda scratched up. Looks metal. Look forward to seeing how you clean it up Jami. Awesome finds at the bins as usual.
Love all your videos! You always make my day! You found some whimsical floral linens! Thank you for sharing! The book you picked up, "Silas Marner", by George Elliot, is actually, Mary Ann Evans; George Elliot was her pen name! One of the leading authors of the Victorian era!
Hi Jami and Zeb! Great job on Projects today! The Monet is beautiful! Love the Marble stand! They will sell fast!❤
Navel History. I live in Portsmouth in the UK. So we have much Navel History! We live right by the beach and there is always great ships coming in and out. 👍👍👍❤️
I still use my old cookery book I bought off of my milkman’s company in the early 70s. Even though I have now many cookbooks, I find myself going back to my old faithful..👍😃💜💜
The Monet looks great!
Oh man I hope you got the Navy book!
Really nice frame,love it
The green frame around your dropcloth looks like an abstract painting….beautiful
I noticed the book Big Burn in the book bend. That book is about the 1910 fire, which destroyed parts of my town Crazy to see it
Great finds !!!❤
Yay! I work from home and took a break, and now I need to get back to it. I am looking forward to this later! [but the struggle to not watch now is real 😅].😊❤
I am beginning to believe the people in Utah do not have any covers or bed clothes because they
give them all away.
😂
lol I just think we shop a lot here. And donating to thrift stores is more popular than yard sales. We resell lots of decor because that’s our business but anything else we don’t need we usually donate or give to someone that can use it.
Zeb says it's not a mess 😂😅😂 Love it
Our Goodwill bin puts everything on shelves except items made of any kind of fabric. Fabric items get thrown in blue bins.
I have same tin, came from World Msrket. It had very thing ginger bread wafers
The ton is from World Market.. It comes filled with Ginger snaps.
It’s not that big of a mess!
I have that Swedish tin. We ordered it from Amazon in our search for authentic old fashion tasting ginger snaps. We were unsuccessful!😒
Your bins are so great, mine is much smaller. I really need to go early in the morning to see if selection is better.
Would love to see your process sometime with the Oxy on the quilts/fabrics with stains!
My washing machine has a prewadh cycle. So I just put it in the prewash cycle then I wash with a tide pod and I always do an extra rinse. Most of the time they come out. Sometimes I just make an oxiclean paste if it’s really stubborn and let it sit over night.
It’s a ginger snap cookie tin from World Market!
Im laughing at you pointing with your falling apart finger bandaid LOL
I had cut myself on the live Tuesday morning and we filmed Tuesday afternoon lol. It wasn’t even that old.
You guys are so cool!!! Just found you.
The Monet looks gorgeous with the new SPRUCE Cottage Color paint!!💚👍🏻

Only a hoarder says it’s not that bad! Oh dear….I say it when I’m in my eBay room in the basement. Help!
Hope you took the Silas Marner book.
Maybe hire someone to keep you in good shape once a week.? ❤❤❤
Old world market ginger snap cookies came in that tin and they’re the best I won’t buy them because I eat them
😊👍👋
🌞🌞🌞
Not from IKEA. That tin holds very popular and delicious ginger snap cookies. World Market is where I have ordered mine from.
Now I need to find them and find them. Love gingersnaps!
The name is on the tin..."Nyakers Swedish Ginger Snaps". Now that you already have the tin, you can order them by the box.
Jami, Gas station pizza!?!
The maverick has yummy food. Its not a regular gas station
What Green paint did Jami use on that frame?
New to your channel here. I live in the northeast and we have 2 goodwills close to me, but never heard of goodwill bins. What are they?
Eating gas station pizza?!? That sounds kind of iffy!! 😯
Maverick has good food and clean bathrooms
Some gas stations have the BEST food💯👌
As bad as my husband! He keeps everything! With that plaintive cry of “It will come in handy..sometime” ….hmmmm…
These old afghans are really selling ? I'm just surprised
