I just love the message she is sending in that song, With the Covid & everyone suffering at the moment. It was written by Kylie the previous year before Covid was even around. But then was released a the lead single the following year given the positive message the timing was perfect she received positive reviews from both sides of the pond. I bought many expensive imports of Kylie who didn't break in to the US market until 2001 - I still know where I was when I first time heard - I can't get you out of my head, driving and I had to pull over of excitement. I have SO many faves of mine, On a night like this is one but so many more. Here are three that you can review if you want, first one is one I like from 1994, second one from album X with so many great songs from 2007, and the last slow song was first never recorded but then she did it but she sang it live in a concert and years later did she record it. It's about not being able to have a child after cancer treatment and lost her fertility / here is the recorded recorded version, but she sings it even better live - so I change my mind, if you wanna here the recorded version, it's on youtube, here is the live one.
