I came across this video while searching for pugs videos on UA-cam. I lost mine on April 29 and I am still not over him. I raised him like how a person raise her "human" child. We were so close and dependent on each other that I somewhere knew that it was gonna be a problem for me in the coming future and I was right about that. I miss him everyday.
Just a couple of years ago, the annual Seattle Pug Gala (another fundraiser for the local pug rescue) had upwards of 900 pugs in an ex airplane hangar in Seattle. That was an amazing sight.
I adopted Wally from my local Pug rescue 5 years ago when he was 8. We went everywhere, beach , park shops and cafe's. He turned into a local celebrity and even had his own "chair" at the local bakery (we would visit on weekends, the elderly owner would spoil him with treats). Wally was diagnosed with cancer in October and passed three weeks ago ........ I never knew unconditional love in my entire adult life until I found Wally. There is a giant pug shaped hole in my heart but that wont stop me adopting another in the New Year. You don't save a pug when you adopt , you save yourself.

+Jennifer Turner Like all flat-faced breeds, Pugs (although admittedly adorable) are pretty much a biological monstrosity created for our own amusement. They've got so many health problems from the flat-face and from being toy-sized, it's kind of unethical honestly.

I'm a first time pug owner, my lil man is 4 months old we love him more then life its self and we aren't animal nutts or hippster tree huggers they are a very special creature. I have never known any dog that acts like my pug does so smart, spoiled, goofy he thinks hes people! I can only imagine having 36 of them i think i would have a heart attack..

I cant understand how you manage to be so evil and abandon any pet. I have a pug and i would neverrrr leave him! Even when he requires a lot of attention and my patience runs out, i still love him, they are so affectionate and lovable!
