A few things to help here for my fellow Mage users those who don't frequently run ED2: Ice Barrage is your best friend when it comes to the slimes. With Ice Barrage, this will allow you freeze them in place and disperse them at a distance. This becomes even easier once you have Greater Chain unlocked, followed up with Combust. Also, it should be noted that the slimes will ONLY multiply if they physically touch you. Keep your distance and you'll be just fine. Unless you prefer up to 15+ slimes on you at once...If that happens, pray that your Devotion isn't on cooldown...

Curse of the black stone was actually one of my favourite quests of all time because it meant i could experience this content that i otherwise would never have attempted. Its nice for once to look at your high level guides and content and be able to go "oh so thats how your supposed to do that!" Rather than watching with zero knowledge haha 😄

I watched someone elses' video about ed1 and it was not very good to say the least . didn't even mention the way to teleport directly to each one after impressing the locals. its obvious if you've just completed the quests but I did it years ago and completely forgot. great guides!
Thanks for your guides, I managed to get my first solo kill of black dragon and even got a codex drop. I think using Necromancy made it a lot easier too.
got through first try with melle, only had to panic tele out on the last boss once because i ran outa food after the hands. admittedly using ripper not yak though =P. so cheers this vid definitely helped
that safe spotting is something I didn't know :D thx .. I also so RSguy had a video where he speedruns and skips the whole phase of the last boss where he flies up for a solid min or so :D
You only need to kill 1 book and the dragon in wave 5, but it's hard to keep track of which one out of the two outer ones. You figure it out after some runs if you pay attention though.
I'm not entirely sure since those are far lower tier. I would stick to ruby bakriminel bolts (e) and hydrix bak bolts (e) for adren if u don't have a bow
I got an old pure acc (1summ 52pray 1def 90attk) and it's actually better in legacy for me but swich to revo before bosses. (Nastolgic acc to me like to keep it how it was)
At high levels with decent to good DPS, you can just Soul Split most of the Black Stone Dragon’s damage, just walking to avoid gem spikes and dragonfire trails and only using Deflect Magic against Black Hand attacks. It definitely makes the fight feel smoother. I can confirm this works with t90 mh DW mage with GConc and with t90 DW range, provided you do Sunshine/DS rotations well. If you aren’t confident in doing that, you can still just Soul Split during the dragonfire spiral attack. Dominion Mines are finicky if you aren’t used to them but can make black hands go slightly faster as well.
I have t90 range everything with fleeting/cinderbanes and I’ve been using mage/range pray and I feel like I take a lot of damage already.. maybe I’ll give SS a try

I'm maxed combat with t80 armour t90 weapon, souls ammy curses chins overloads ripper demon etc. And I literally have to hold down my eat keybind in the first room before tele'ing out in 30 seconds lmao.. If this is the easiest elite dungeon, looks like i'm goin back to skilling 😅

It should well noted that the safe spots in phase 2 only works with weapons of 8+ range. Ascension Crossbows are only 7

The hands safespot during blackstone dragon fight does not work with double c-bows because their range is too small.
If you stun the slimes they don’t multiply

Spike mechanic also heals the black stone dragon when it hits you
when black stone dragon starts flying there is one good tip u can afk the phase just by going to the south wall
Instead of stun abilities you can even use sticky bombs on the celestial dragons to stop their healing specs
Is this possible with T75 armor and T80 ranged? I’m an iron and want to get into bossing but every video recommends T90 or something ridiculous haha
On Verak it's better to use divert on the sphires, more dps.

Tbh i just disruption shield the egg mechanic to skip it and make the fight quicker at verak lith

i keep getting KO'd during wyrmhole mechanic i get destroyed trying to lure the neutron star, as I walk through the wyrmhole I take massive damage.

i cant get past these slimes on the first section in normal mode, they just eat up all my food, im even using chins
I died more times just getting to the first boss than actually at the first boss. Boss was actually easy once you understand the mechanics.

Me, I used melee most of the time so the upkeep cost will be cheaper and don't consume ammo and runes (except for disruption shield)

Taraket and Ambassador are significantly harder than the bosses of ed2 imo

Ed3 the bridge will destroy most people, ed2 has nothing close to that in terms of difficulty
