    P.S. Scott your up on the tube are phenomenal . When I baked, fried ,barbecued - there just nothing but robust flavor than some store bought rubs . manually put together came at me more strong . You can write home about it or sang different story me . I truly thank you for those tips have good one god bless !

    Thats brilliant having part with fine grind and part with coarse grind.

    I added 2 Tablespoons of Lowery's seasoned salt to it. I was asked for your recipe by everyone at the bbq I hosted for our local bike chapter of BACA....... good thing I have a printer scanner.

    You had my attention until you added rosemary. I eat just about anything but rosemary is the most disgusting herb grown.

      I've made a similar rub with rosemary it adds another dimension of flavor and you probably won't notice that the rosemary is in there. I'm not a fan of rosemary either.
