    I love your recipes! They are relaxing and give great instructions and visuals.
    Saffron is hard to come by for me. Can I use the same amount of turmeric? When you say knead for 5 mins, does the 5 mins start that after all the ingredients have been incorporated and the dough has pulled away from the sides?

      @@SD-zk2te yes about but use your eyes to gauge. Oh I don’t know about turmeric maybe that’s a good idea. 👍🏻

    Is this gluten free

      No Spelt flour is not gluten-free. I can tolerate spelt flour more than wheat flour it is easier on the digestion.
