ahh thank you! I definitely gave up a lot to do this.. A lot has been happening, and i'm not sure what'll happen, so I'm super excited for this journey! I'll definitely be sharing my adventures!
@@attiredman That's awesome! Change can be challenging, but it's also filled with opportunities. I'm excited to follow along on your journey and can't wait to hear all about your adventures. Best of luck!
It's rough, but my cousin who is also 🌈 did the exact same thing, moved to NYC with nothing some clothes and a few bucks. He's still there loving it so it's possible! Good luck.
You should move to NJ (across the Hudson). It's a looot cheaper, and you can still take public transportation into NYC. That being said... (almost) everyone currently living in NYC wants to get out of it... but if this is your path, let it be illuminated before you.
yeah actually my manager suggested me to look into fort lee and hackensack! I'll prob look at them once I'm settled and ready to find a different place!
Id be so interested to see more!! I've always wanted to move to nyc from my small tx town, and ive thought about doing exactly what you are doing right now. I wish you the best!! be sure to do your research!!
thank you so much @sielsm3743!! 🥺🫶 i'll definitely be following up with updates!!! but i guess we really all dream of being outside of our small towns haha!
You can do it! I literally came from Asia to Southern California with $2000 and 2 backpacks and yeah I found my life here and mind you I’m not even a citizen or a green card holder not to mention my English was horrible and only 5 million people on earth speak my native language so it was no use. I assume you’re an American citizen so no worries.
wow that's actually crazy and super inspiring. I'm a citizen but i couldn't imagine doing it without a visa. I'm so happy to hear you've made it out here!!!
@@attiredman Thanksss I forgot to mention i’m 💅🏻 as well so that was also one of the forces that pushed me through to get out of my birth country. I wish I came here sooner.
This video appeared to me and I clicked to see it out of curiosity, I'm from Brazil but I hope you're okay, doing what you did requires a lot of courage and it's hard to imagine the loneliness you must be feeling. I wish you all the best, don't lose your courage and fight for a better life, you seem like a good person and you certainly deserve to be happy!
Last part made me very scared for you (no going back). Homelessness is such a big problem in big cities, so please make sure you have at least some sort of back up plan in case things go south. I wish you puck though!
Find cheep food places and cook cheep food. Sprouted lentals can be cheep with out a microwave, you still need a frige for like cucumbers and tomatos that go in it. Look up somrecipies. Also you can micowave any potato. Just rap it up in a damp paper towel and poke holes in it. Food can get expensive so watch that. I have fed my self on 30 a week. Avoid junk food, buy cheep produce on sale. Get creative what ever ingredeints is on sale. It will boost moral because your not eating the same thing everyday.
Call New York Child Resource Center. They are hiring and really need men. The pay is HORRIBLE but it's something. You'll be working with special needs kids. If you're interested
You are fortunate that you live in greatest economy of this world. Many people work their asse* off to afrord food on the table.I hope you climb the ladder 🪜
Holy. This is a UA-camr I want to watch. Moving up from nothing. I would love to watch you grow. Onwards!

"You're homeless?"
"No, vibes. I'm no job, no place, no friends, no money, no family."
"Oh, slay."

Newark?
Or Jersey city
@@user-er3ri6sc3j I wouldn't recommend Newark unless you have no other choice. But there's always a choice in Jersey.
