Thank you for sharing this lovely track. I last heard it in the late 70s/early 80s, and I had thought it was produced by kawere boys😮😮😮. The instruments at the transition from the first part of the song(with words) are similar to those of kawere boys band songs 🎵.

A lovely track. Wow, that transition does sound familiar! I'm starting to notice the not entirely polished production of Benga may keep the sound as lively today as was yesterday. US music, almost no matter what mainstream style, is produced to the utmost, and it makes me think that so many sessions/editing/sound mixing may take away truthfulness as well as date the content. Like in this Musa Olwete track, there's a moment at around 2:10, where there is a timing issue that sounds like a dissolve from another recorded track where maybe 1/8 second sooner would've been smoother. But this also allows more truth to the behind-the-scenes of the sounds being made...
