  • In the depths of the enchanting Wuyi Mountains, one can find not just the imprints of nature, but also an enduring cultural legacy of bamboo weaving, tea making and ancient cliff carvings. Xie Hongxing's bamboo weaving technique is a celebration of nature, while the region's tea-making tradition embodies natural harmony. Meanwhile, more than 400 cliff carvings, shaped by Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism, preserve centuries of wisdom. No wonder ancient philosopher Zhu Xi made this place his home for decades, drawing inspiration from the mountains' serenity to develop his teachings on harmony between man and nature.
