- Today's video is a forensic report about PIA, our national carrier which has transformed from one of the best to the worst airline in the world. It is important that we do rigorous and ruthless analysis, retooling and rewiring of our national institutions because this is directly dovetailed to the overall prosperity of the nation.
My aim is to always do factual non rhetoric based analysis for all of you. This will help us to learn from our mistakes and not continue to repeat them
I would like you to look at the videos made by Dr Taimoor Rehman, where he gives some arguments. I would like to see how you look at thoes arguments, it will be interesting to know
About employees ratio, dr taimoor Rehman says, that all these airlines have outsourced various functions and here pia carry out most of thier functions themselves

With all due respect, I suggest you to please do some more research. Dont just rely on newspaper, social media or news channels. There are dozens of wrong numbers and assumptions in your videos. Just as an example the number of employees is not 12000 as you quoted is not correct rather it is approx 8000 (or even less). Similarly comparison of employee per aircraft is not justified and not presented correctly. You havent mentioned payroll cost of emirates, Turkish or Air India and have not compared it with PIA. Payroll cost of PIA has also been mentioned wrong. Fake pilot license case was completely a lie and PIA has suffered more than USD 2 billions uptill now and a more of USD 5 billions in terms of its image and future business. You have presented the case as a layman passenger and not as a business graduate or as a researcher. I suggest you to please go through some research or listen to some videos I am sharing links here.

You should sell pia to pvt party. We have sold it to tata in India, no matter what govt org don't work with high efficiency. Pvt should be regulated though but never run by govt itself.

Many figures are wrong.
1- As of today PIA has approximately 8000 employees.
2- comparing the fleet to the employee ratio, PIA has less pay roll impact as compared to the Air lines mentioned in the video.
3- The fake license issue was the disastrous blunder of PTI Govt, nothing was proved but not only PIA face historical losses but also Pakistan aviation Industry demolished.

The PPP has recruited their own people in hospitals, in addition to PIA and railways. Unfortunately, due to political recruitment, there are doctors in government hospitals who do not even know how to write in English yet they receive salaries in the millions. Sir I want to tell you that as you use the Indian company named Airindia, it was no more Government Company, it has privatize. It's really sad for me because of mismanagement of real resources. Carelessly, allot free seats to IAS, IES and many other officers of government. In result, it has still in loss. Tata company acquired it, and they invest in 13,000 crores of Indian Rupees. But currently, I don't like as it was earlier, in the time of Jrd Tata was chairman, it was No. 1 flight company like Kingfisher Airlines was No. 2 which was only five star rated by skytrax consulting company, government can save both companies Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines and Airindia but they save only one Airindia because it's a government company. In book, Descent of Airindia revealed many scared steps as a creator of Airindia downfall. According to my opinion, the downfall started, when one Indian prime minister interfere in Airindia operation, they had banned to serve alcohol in International flight for foreign Air-travellers. I really feel sad about it. Tata Airindia company, has changed its logo and many things, I don't know in which time, New Airindia will cross it's own break-even point. Allah Bless You!
