Ford Fiesta Steering Wheel Removal

How to change replace install the steering wheel on a Ford Fiesta. This is a fourth generation, Mark IV. Years this applies to is 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002. What size are the airbag bolts on the Ford Fiesta? It is a torx E8. Mkiv mk4. Torque setting for steering wheel securing bolt is 33 lbf ft / 45nm.

Is it pos to refit the wheel at a different position ? Aka a tad more to the left or right or will it only fit back on how it come off

quick question. would it not be also possible to disconnect the airbag right after you take down the column cover, skipping the bomb squad feeling? thanks mark, many thanks for all the fiesta videos.

Is it possible to get a steering wheel from a newer fiesta and put that one on instead. I know the buttons etc will need to be wired in but wanted to know if its possible? Hell maybe even move the airbag over...

I have an non AirBag Fiesta,Can I replace my steering wheel with a steering wheel with airbag? I accept that the airbag not functional

If you don't have an e8 socket a 10mm socket will do
