@@basiaperry177 I get less breakage with jumbo styles, so they're better to me . But I suppose it varies from person to person. Ultimately my laziness always wins out, though😂

I never keep my hairstyles in for long but I would say 3 weeks because I used a lot of synthetic curly hair and it starts to matte after a while
