For our sake I hope he just hasn’t been utilized correctly. I would like to go to some home games this season and have a chance at winning some games.
Love your vids, but this one isn’t aging that well right now
Mark Sanchez was known for the Butt Fumble, Sam Darnold is known for getting sacked by a ghost in 2020
Okay 5 month later and 4 weeks into the season he looks alright, still the ugliest QB in the game though
I hope he turns it around in Carolina. If CMC can stay healthy that will help a lot, as will reuniting with Robby Anderson.
that "I see ghosts" line ruined the pats too. That fool Kyle Van Noy got himself a big head and that 2019 Pats defense went to shit.
This video would have been perfect for the Adam Jacxon channel.
0:23 I bet all those coaches at USC were gaslighting Darnold into thinking he was good.
The GM that drafted him spent 50 mil on a runningback, while having one of the worst O-lines in the league. Yes he makes poor decisions sometimes, but the playcalling didn’t help that whole offense
Gonna come back to this video in a few years to see if it's right
I’m a lions fan personally, and saying darnold is a bust is like saying stafford was a bust. Stafford and darnold both succeeded when they had the right people around them. And just because stafford had a 4-12 season, doesn’t make him a bust. Both organizations are getting less and less inept, and they gave up on their QBs who hadn’t taken them to the promised land. Rams are super bowl contenders now, and the lions have a kneecap-biting head coach. They were in the wrong place during the ineptitude.
I just imagined Sam Darnold as Ray from Ghost Busters. Being covered in green slime, is a great metaphor for playing with the Jets. Darnold did not get a lot of help in New York. He could have really used a Winston, Egon, and Peter. Bill Murray level of talent on a football field would be great in New York. Hopefully Zach Wilson can provide that or the Jets could continue to be haunted by their past. Ah crap, I just imagined Adam Gase as the Stay Puff Marshmallow man destroying New York City. I surely hope the sequential second QB pick of Winston does not make things worse. Surely the Ghost Busters franchise didn't get worse over time with a new cast...OH NO!!!
Looks like he’s getting a real shot with real coaches.
How'd that work out
It's on Darnold and Darnold only. Coaches can't turn someone like him into a good qb. No matter how much good instuction you get
Welp, turns out he was just a bust after all
I’m pretty confident Carolina landed their answer at QB. Darnold at times showed a lot of great things in NY.
Dude, low-key, he looks buffed lmao
As a Bills fan: Thank you, Jets!!!!!
Well I missed this when it came out. Man did we solve this mystery
