Theocracy is fantastic! If you haven't heard it please review I AM from a couple of albums ago , it's the one that made me go get all their CDs, still my favorite of theirs!!
This is my favorite song off their new and excellent album Mosaic. It's close to being my favorite out of their 5 album catalog. Matt is amazing. Every album they put out is excellent. There's no filler on any of their albums. I truly enjoyed your reaction to this song. Keep up the great work.
This was really good. Great vocals. Clean guitar work throughout but id say my favorite part was the drums. The guy has a very simple setup but he uses it very well. Another great reaction brother.
I love this band…I heard their song I Am for the first time on an online metal radio station back in 2012. When Patrick Nickell came on as their drummer in 2014, he put out a poll on fb to see what brand kit and cymbals he should use. I tried to go back and find it, but it looks like he’s since started a new profile. Anyways, I got to talk with him for quite a while as I was recovering from a third ankle surgery and couldn’t play my own drums for a bit. The dude was super chill and extremely nice. I didn’t know the band put out a new album until I recently watched someone else react to this song. All of the musicians, current and past, are simply amazingly talented.
First things first: thank you for introducing me to so many great bands id never heard of, including these guys. They are awesome! Secondly id like to thank you for your genuine caring attitude. You telling us all how important and valuable we are every episode means...so much. And i can tell that you really mean it, and want to make us all feel welcomed and loved. With that out of the way, id humbly like to request a song for you to listen to. Its not the usual flavor you have on this channel, but i know you really love a good messege. Its "Swim" by Jack's Mannequin. Im not ashamed to say that this song quite literally saved my life. It kept me from making a huge mistake because it reminded me that someone cared and that i wasnt alone. Thank you for caring. Thank you for doing this channel. Please know, we care about you too. Love your face.
listen. there are so many good songs that follow an order. pop music makes that clear. this song, marches to its own drum, and makes us wonder if there is something more.
Wow! You know about Theocracy! That's awesome! Do you know about Extol? They just released two new songs after a 10 year hiatus. Should check out something from them. Also, Becoming the Archetype, Immortal Souls, Living Sacrifice, Soul Embraced, and The Showdown.
Bro....I've seen Becoming the Archetype and The Showdown like 10 times lol Becoming was one of my fav bands, but went down hill after their 3rd album in my opinion. Not a fan of Living Sacrifice. The Album Back Breaker by The Showdown is my fav from them.
@@TheWolffAndTheMelody Awesome! Did you catch anything off of the new album BTA released last year? Much more in the vein of their first three albums. I think you would like it! They put out a couple videos for the album as well.
@@TheWolffAndTheMelody Yeah! Jon was awesome. Right now, the lineup is just Wisdom, Seth, and Duck, but Dan Gailey and Alex Kenis provided guest solos on a song each for the new album.
okay since you loved this song off the new album please listen to the song Red Sea, they went hard on the guitars for the middle break. Also its crazy how will they blend the Christian lyrics and meaning into their songs. Love that the singer Matt Smith is also the composer and the bands recording engineer. If you love the work he does, also check out the song "The rest is Mystery" under Project Ageis. Its Smith side project that releases music everynow and then for charity to fund music programs in schools
Great sound, it's reminding of someone but i can't place it right now. Vocally superb, guitars, drums all on point. Overall great song, TY for show us Cosmic. ❤ and ✌️
Can someone say…..world tour with special guests…Stryper and Whitecross!!!
Matt Smith is the total package. Genius songwriting, arranger and producer
I LOVED THE GHOST SHIP ALBUM
I love the clean vocals, and the tone in the lead singer's voice. This was great! I really liked it.
the melodies and flow was soooo good.
This song along with the entire album is awesome. Red Sea is so epic.

Yea, I only heard Ghost Ship which was insane!

Ya dude. they had some really catchy leads, and the vocals...wow
I agree, I love Theocracy! Dude has such a special talent of melody and heaviness!
These guys are amazing! I want to see them live! Mosaic is fantastic. The singer is unbelievable. The whole band rocks!!

Yea, this song was really cool.
Fire!🔥
whats more amazing, is that matt smith probably wrote most of these hooks and leads.
Yea, I know he messes with guitar and is good! This band is severally underrated.

Check out Matt's epic work with other artists on the "Aegis Project "

Hell yea! I had the album Ghost Ship and I loved it.
@@TheWolffAndTheMelodyyeah ghost ship was great. That was the album before this one. Mirror of Souls has been my favorite until this Mosaic Album
I love Theocracy! Please check out all their Song lyrics! Its epic! ✨
I never heard of them, but that was pretty good. Thanks, man!
Ya dude. It was so cliche as alot of music in this genre.
Theocracy would be a pleasure to listen to even if I didn't like the lyrics (which I actually do like).
Great sound, it's reminding of someone but i can't place it right now. Vocally superb, guitars, drums all on point. Overall great song, TY for show us Cosmic. ❤ and ✌️
I was struggling with the same thing. I thought Geoff Tate, but then no. I just can't put my finger on it with one listen.
hell ya dude, they stood out among alot of bands that do this genre.
I hear a bit of Dennis DeYoung in Matt's voice. Not so much in the actual tone, but in his diction and enunciation.
I hear Stratovarius 😀
