The different sized book marks are to help you easily see what segment of the book you’re using. Also, that little grey & white paper cutout that came with your yellow fish scales cover is a fabric from Yuge Farm and it’s used for obis and kimonos. They made an A5 with that fabric for 2025.
Really nice unboxing! I got the same weeks and I absolutely love it!! The shiny white background is just lovely. I would love to see a video when you show how you setup your weeks, I am looking for ideas XD
@@NikitaminaS aww thanks! And thank you for watching! :) the weeks is so cute. I can’t wait to start using it. I noticed it has an end of Nov ‘24 start so I’m like counting down the days 😆 I’ll definitely film when I set it up! :) I try to keep things super minimal but cute.
You are the 1st person I’ve seen with the Fish Scale Crest A6 cover. I purchased it also. Beautiful but does not stay closed . I contacted Hobonichi and they stated they do not do exchanges. I’m shocked that they sell something like this. Mine is currently under a heavy book. Smh.
@@dbgoldbach9947 oh no! Hopefully it starts closing after some use.. the good thing about these covers is that the special ones (like this yellow one) will resell quickly if you wanted to sell on Mercari or EBay I’m SURE. But I totally understand your reaction. Did you put a clear cover on it too?
@@Gitanaplans Thank you for responding and mentioning reselling-good idea! Maybe someone won’t mind using an elastic band as a closure if necessary. I haven’t put a clear cover on it yet-will wait to see if the weight of the book fixes the problem first. Now the Weeks version in this fabric - PERFECTION!!
@@dbgoldbach9947 I saw the weeks when they were on display here in LA. So beautiful. But yeah I bet you anything you could resell and just buy a different cover
The bowtie fabric covers all come with those two plastic sheets to protect the front and back. Certainly the bunnies Weeks did, and my Yumi Kitagishi Weeks one from last year with the kitty in the middle did as well.

The Yuge is sooo pretty! Great haul
The yellow is gorgeous!
@@itbeleslie so cute right?? I was between this and the green one with the little white houses on it!

yes, a5 is double the size of a6, so on and so forth.
I’ve definitely used the weeks packaging as a pencil board in the back before lol
@@TJwritesnstuff I don’t remember my last weeks coming with them! Excited to use these clear ones.

Burn the ends of the ribbon so they don’t fray. Also plastic cover on a cover will help
