Kirito's return was dramatic and his fight with PoH was cool. But I felt the win should be given to Asuna. What is the point of hyping up Yuuki's unique eleven-hit combo, and passing on her legacy to Asuna at the end of Mother's Rosario, when it couldn't even beat the pen-ultimate boss? Let Asuna have her win against PoH drawing upon Yuuki's memory and strength. Kirito can have his glory against Gabriel.

And that whole part of settlements where the losing side pays the legal fees of the other (some of the time, at least)...that's a reimbursement... You still have to pay your lawyer in the meantime. It's just that part of the settlement is to reimburse you for that cost. Nobody can handle that long enough to actually win. So, all the big studios and such get away with crushing small creators, because they can afford to, regardless of the law. That's how it is...EVERYTHING is legal, even what's "against the law"...for a price. And corporations and billionaires can always afford that price.
