I was reviewing some of your older videos and ran across this gem. Best reality TV I’ve seen in years. Enjoyed every minute of the trail that was your trial 😏

Holy cannoli....thanks for the reality of mountain biking. You two were DETERMINED.
But I must give kudos to the edit job on the other Mountain bike ride. You made that ride look doable.
    Thanks for the comparison.🚲

I was watching another one of the videos you have out there and saw this one in the list. I'm not even hardly started watching it. We didn't stay at the RV park, we stayed down in the canyon. What a wonderful place to stay!!! I wish more of the full timers would show it on UA-cam. So excited to see someone doing a video on Palo Duro!!

We loved it there. I would like to return in the fall when its cooler so we can enjoy it a bit more.

I cannot imagine going there in the heat of the summer, no thanks! We were there in March, it was fantastic. Cool enough at night that we needed a little bit of heat in the RV. But, warm enough during the day we were in short sleeves and shorts. The hiking was fantastic. We hiked enough trails though that I know for certain I wouldn't want to mountain bike any of them. All the spots down in the canyon are spread out nicely. The RV park up top (though probably had better cell coverage) looked a little tight to me. I don't know how long your rig is or what the length limitations at the park are. But, we fit in the two different sites we parked in well with our 31 foot rig and our truck.

Get a set of those tire liners.. goes between the rubber and tube.. it'll minimize flats from the tread.. you still have a risk from the side walls, but.. ❤️ this!!

HOWEVER, after watching you guys, umm, think we'll just leave the bikes at home,,,hahaha. Seriously, thanks for sharing guys. Y'all have a good one.

Awesome video, the mountain bike ride looks like a blast to me. When I was younger, long before mountain biking came around, I used to ride the fire roads throughout the Angeles National Forest in California on a single speed Schwinn scrambler bmx bike, My legs and calves looked like tree trunks .. lol, very rewarding to say the least, ran into some really strange places like a Government experimental Forest, and a two Lane bridge literally in the middle of the forest joining two mountain tops and it leads to nothing, known as " The bridge to nowhere"... lol

We lived in Amarillo for four years and spent some time in that park. I'm sorry but I couldn't help but be amazed at your fortitude and laugh at the same time during the part where you were biking on that trail. I admire your wonderful attitude through the whole event/ordeal. Look forward to all your videos.

Hi guys Glenda and I have been in the canyon. My suggestion next time try horse back. Ok while you're there stop by Big Tex in Amarillo great food no doubt a slice of Americana. Have a great time congrats on driving little bit. See ya on the road we are in Ennis MT.

Hi Michael! We did pop into Big Tex and it was delicious with excellent customer service. We found it on the food network and thought we would try it out. Next, time we will take our camera! I think horse back might be a little safer! baahahahaha I hope you are enjoying MT temps as we are cooking in Texas! Thanks for watching....safe travels.

Learned the hard way at this place, my wife and I were road cyclist and (friends) took us here for an easy ride! Never more frustrated in my life a miserable experience. Ate cactus and rocks all day, only experienced mtb riders should be here. your language and mine were completely different.

Hey Guys! We must have very nearly passed each other at Palo Duro!! Great video - love the perspectives and the honesty of how tough the trail is. Seeing that prickly pear right next to the trail is scary! We stayed on the road as we have a touring motorcycle - folks get to see the REAL Palo Duro from your video! Great Job!

Hate to tell you but mountain biking etiquette is to "not improve the trail" (which pretty much includes moving rocks). I know that sounds crazy to a lot of people but it really is a thing. LOL! But in a State Park I don't really think it's "as big of an issue" because most of those using the trails are probably hikers rather than bikers. Just so you know, I didn't know this was a thing until I began reading some comments on forums frequented by avid mountain bikers. (Dang, they REALLY get their noses bent out of shape when someone makes the trail easier. hahaha) As far as I'm concerned, you're good. ESPECIALLY if you two protect me from those big ass spiders on the trail in that other video I just watched. ROFL
