A brand can say anything, but ultimately I think branding is an aggregate of action. It is interesting how some companies fail to appreciate the need to align what is said with what is done. In the end, it’s hard for a brand to be dishonest and prosper. Those actions repeated consistently over time always reveal one’s true nature.
There are many successful brands that aren't aligned with the values they claim to have... But they're successful inspite of the misalignment not because of it Aligned brands from inside out however, tend to have more loyal and passionate followers
