@Tamizon, Not cardboard. The suits have a foam base, with fake fur on top, as well as other materials like plastic and felt. In my opinion, they're adorable, not scary. And Most of the suits don't squeak, and that's what makes Telephone unique.

Telephone isn’t really unique anymore(and I hate saying that) because a bunch of new kids that are in middle school are making crappy suits(which is fine) and buying squeakers and using them constantly, and they think it’s cute, but I see like 25 kids like that in whatever convention I go to and they just wreak havoc on the whole space. That’s why I don’t usually find the sqeakers “cute.”
Tamizon oof of the suits are ‘that’ bad then, idk I get why it can be annoying I’d be wayyyy more comfortable if only they would at least not have to squeak all the time or, go into peoples space because they know they can be annoying so, I feel you.
My friend created a REALLY cool quadsuit and it had 2 harnesses : 1 to lift their head for better vision 2 to have a sturdy back, so yeah I got to ride a quadsuit around a con for most of the time :DD
