- There are multiple hints at Sho’s young age. During the team’s time in the Shining simulation, Sho mentions that he actually had to watch the movie through his fingers, and this hints that he was actually way too young to watch something like that. Also, during the race, he was one of the few people to total his car even though there were no obstacles. This could hint at the fact that he was too young to even know how to drive.

Did you know all of that fact still not specific hint of any age? My older sister can’t drive and always close her eyes during scary scene on movie and she is 40 years old
Childish sister
@@nabil5134 yes
She seems fun to prank 😂
@@kjc5513its quite hard to prank someone older than u
The driving thing is something I didn’t notice, but seeing the Shining through your fingers is either you are too young or horrified by the movie.
You need to be really old to understand what is so scary on Jack Nicholson losing his shit with ghosts
That 11 year old is a badass
He knows
@@Resmvvshut up let him say it
@@ResmvvLet him tell me…
I mean... he said he had to watch the movie through his fingers while talking to a grown woman who was too scared to watch it, so that doesn't seem like a great hint about his age.
Yes, woman is a key word in that sentence.
@@Z3IRI0that’s a little sexist bud
These are not hints. This video is a stretch.
My favorite character from my favorite movie.
Fr best one bros a badass in oasis
@@LaciaisXHype Fr this guy is just the best at everything possible
Now that you mention it... how indeed did he total his car? There was nothing in his way, only drive backwards😂😂😂😂😂
Ahhh Shoto’s fate in the book was so much different than the movie, but I can’t blame them for taking that route in the movie.
Are you sure there wasn't a scene where he was holding a sign that said shoot me first I'm 11 lol
The characters in the book are not the same as in the movie.
I just read the book last week and then watched the movie to see how it compares, and the movie completely misses most of the sentiment within the competition. Not to mention the weird Uncanny Valley avatars.
Shoto is 13
@@vgamemaster99 Yeah, but I understand why they changed some things. Otherwise the movie would have been twice as long and much darker. Which tbh I'd watch haha. But idk about the general movie community
The most baddass 11 year old to ever exist
I had to watch THIS movie through my fingers, for a different reason
First time I watched it since his avatar has glossed eyes I thought it was a hint at him being blind meaning he only read it in braille "through his fingers" ... I got it on the second watch lol😅
Did you know that these hints are irrelevant in the late movie because he straight up mentions his age?
Did you know that after reading the book the movie actually sucks ass. And what they did to sho and his brother in the movie is a fuckin tragedy
I like the second fact
i've been driving for decades and I STILL total my car in any game that has driving in it. Also it's a shame they skewed so much from the book
I don’t think these necessary imply accurately that he was young
Yet another thing that the movie changed
This movie could have been so much better if it just followed the book. They changed almost everything about it. Including this characters name. Could have changed all the characters names and called the movie something else altogether
I love that nod to him saying, "What, should I wear a sign that says, 'I am eleven years old, shoot me first.' "
That's because it's so true! At the time I was playing the Friday the 13th game everyday and would single out the too young to play camp counselors when I was Jason! Muahahaha
Brilliant movie
I actually didn’t know that
Doesn't he say he's 11
I've only seen the Shining once and as an adult, if I was ever forced to watch it or any other horror flick, I would still watch through my fingers! Or keep my eyes shut the whole time😂
I light thought he was blind for some reason
Its funny how they left out some characters, i dotm think we ever see Doom Guy or Kratos or any of the really op characters. Probably a good thing though for the sake of the plot lol
Unfortunately in the book him and his brother seem to have an accident caused by the organization in the book.
My favorite movie , you can tell by my profile picture 😅 !

None of that means he was too young. 1. Getting scared during horror movies is not age specific. 2. Lacks skill in driving (again, not age specific) or worse, the movie was racially stereotyping him.
That’s a big explanation
🤣🤣🤣. I agree with everything you said. Except for the racially stereotyping bit.
@@TJ-fe7rr Haha. I don't think the movie was doing it as well. I'm just positing any and all possibilities however remote. Cheers.
Nah his friend daito was asian too and didnt destroy his car
Literally everyone crashed in the race....
There are kids that drive in simulators even 3 y old. Nothing wrong to make them drive.. Nothing bad in some cars.
No obstacles? Did you miss the T-REX, KING KONG AND SWINGING WRECKING BALLS??
he was talking about the backwards thing
Bro did not watch the movie
I think that was Donkey Kong, actually.
@@RobHorrorLive Nope, it was just king kong
Did you miss the part where the answer was driving BACKWARDS?
Aren’t they all too young to drive?
Your arms must be hurting from all that reaching
Or he just doesn't like horror movies and has the driving skill of a GTA NPC
TOKYO DRIFT
congrats you watched the most awesome movie ever like the rest of us
jesus christ im stupid, when i first watched the movie i thought it was a joke about morse code or something.
Aech is the same age as Wade. These "hints" would imply that Wade also can't drive.
This kind of channel should be outlawed, and the uploader fined.
see the movie was good when I first watched it, however once you take the time to read the book, you realise the great disservice Hollywood made on the adaptation, the movie is hot garbage compared to the book and removed some very important scenes that should definitely been in the movie. Sorrento in the book was actually a good villain. in the movie hes just some greed executive that wants the company.
I kind of agree. I sort of take the book and movie as completely different entities. Spielberg rolled back the years with this movie he brought back the style of the classic 1980s family adventure movies and as someone who grew up on the likes of Wargames, Flight of the Navigator and Back to the Future it just made me all nostalgic and a bit warm and fuzzy inside, he achieved it beautifully. And to that extent it could never be compatible with darker elements of the book's plot.
I'm 20 years old, soon 21. And I still don't know how to drive or haven't even had any lessons
Reason is cause I'm an epileptic (I have Epilepsy). My seizures impact my personal life, preventing me from driving or taking any lessons 🙁
I prefer the novel. Movie sucks. I want to see Ultraman fighting mechagodzilla.
All kids know how to drive in game stfu
And the finger? Cmon i did the same thing when i was was a kid but it's because its SCARY not because im a kid
