Big grass snake hunting frogs / Grosse Ringelnatter jagt Frösche

A grass snake (Natrix natrix) cannot easily detect a frog if it is not moving. And if there are many frogs, it is obviously not easy for the snake to find a single frog by its smell / Eine Ringelnatter kann einen Frosch nicht leicht entdecken, wenn dieser sich nicht bewegt. Und wenn es viele Frösche hat, ist es offenbar auch nicht einfach einen einzelnen Frosch nach seinem Geruch zu finden.

@@VsevolodIgorevitchNo, the biotope in which I film the grass snake is completely different from the biotope of the dice snake. The grass snakes are in a pond with a lot of vegetation, the dice snakes are in a large lake with a rocky shore. The best place to see dice snakes is actually in a boat harbor. I will upload a video about it to UA-cam soon.
