Ex Israeli SF here, I read the "operator syndrome" article, and it is legit. I feel that we all express PTS differently, and us lucky ones take it as an opportunity to chase the next challenge...Unfortunately some don't handle it very well...Anyways, great podcast, keep up the good work (and coffee!!)

I am not an operator and I am still in but I feel aspects of the operator syndrome where a lot of things mean nothing to me that probably should. Hopefully one day I will be able to turn that around this conversation gave me some hope in that.
