What was the first cleaning wheel you put on your angle grinder to remove the rust please?
Great video,no electrolysis or sand blasting involved..
    I have subscribed 😁

You never want a round handle on a knife, especially on a cleaver.

@@FALCON390Workshop Yes I did a long hand turned handle, but didn't shorten the tang. Also I didn't drill a hole in the blade but put a leather string to hang it up by. I got mine from an antiques fair and bought it off Mark Stacey, where did you get yours?

4:39 I know this irritation myself. I don't have enough workspace on my bench to warrant permanently fixing down my bigger tools, and the grinder would walk like this when I tried to use it. Hard to make an accurate cut when the tool moves around. I solved it with woodworking quick-clamps and some 18mm ply. I made a plate for the bottom of the tool from the ply, fixed the tool to it and now I clamp the plate to the bench. V2.0 of my ply plate was made wide enough so it keeps the clamps free from my work area. V1 kept caressing my leg whilst i worked, it was weird. Works mint and its a cheap fix. Cheers from NZ!

I was worried about when he was using gloves on that lathe. And mighty close with that left sleeve on the head when he was focusing on that little tip on the handle a lathe will fuck you up fast if you dont respect it at all times . 👍

You really like that "speed the camera up" style of presentation, but the viewer may find it very disconcerting...and the name of your game is to get subscribers, right? Because your presentation is too rapid, I have decided not to subscribe. Slow down your presentation pal, get more subscribers who can follow your efforts.

To Restore; to return something to an earlier good condition.
In your video it shows you remodeling an axe, either a kindling splitter or a straight handled froe, into a small butchers’ cleaver. The converted axe does not have the mass at the front of the blade to function as a cleaver because the original axe would have been hit on the spine with a wooden mallet to split kindling or shingles. Additionally, it would have been safer to mount the handle in a chuck and mount the drilling chuck in the tailstock and then drill the hole.
