Hi(: From Ikaho, I actually managed to get on the JR highway bus that goes from Shinjuku Tokyo to Kusatsu, using tickets that I purchased at Shinjuku bus terminal. But it took awhile to speak to the bus driver because usually for this route, the Ikaho stop is only for getting off & not getting on the bus. It's honestly a hit or miss, & only if you're willing to take the risk of not getting on the bus! The alternative route would be to take a bus to Shibukawa station & take the train from there~

The Ghibli shop is called Donguri Kyowakoku (Kusatsu) (: You can find a number of souvenir shops near the Yubatake!😀
