"This is a post I never imagined making.
Yesterday my mom’s house burned down and her beloved dog Duke did not make it out. It’s truly shocking just how quickly this happened. She was outside, but not in view of the house and someone thankfully saw from the road and came to try and help, but it was too late. I’m so grateful that man pulled her back from the house and didn’t let her run in, otherwise I’m confident Duke would not be the only casualty. I know I would have done the same, but him holding her back saved her life.
Anyone who knows my mom will tell you she is the sweetest and most amazing person. She didn’t deserve to lose her home and dog. I don’t know yet what things can be saved, but I’m sure many photos of my dad are gone and so many other memories. I flew up late last night and I’ll be going over today and will try and keep everyone updated as best as I can.
Also, I know money is tight for many right now, so please don’t feel obligated to donate if that would cause any financial strain, but if you could share and send good vibes her way, that would be amazing." - Розваги

A very long time ago one of our neighbors had a house fire due to a Christmas tree burning up the second floor of the edition Fortunately the other side of the house didn't burn down due to a breeze way between the edition and the other part of the house that prevented it from spreading. The unfortunate thing was that the fire department couldn't get the drive because it was icy so they filled up a square pool of water and pump it in though another neighbors property to reach the fire.
I'm very sorry that a house fire destroyed one of your friends house. It's very sad to hear about the house fire. You know that smoke detectors save lives most of the time in fires. When you hear the beep you should try to get everyone together outside as quickly as you can in a safe place outside as far away as possible from the fire while doing that you should call 911 very quickly. It depends on how big your town is and how long the fire department can get to the house fire.
The smoke detectors were working, we can hear them very slightly on one of the outdoor cameras (before it literally melted). The problem is my mom’s hearing isn’t great and she only recently got hearing aids and they don’t tend to pick up a pitch like that, plus she was on the other side of the yard (about an acre away and behind a detached garage). There was a camera on top of that garage and you can’t even hear the smoke detector in that camera, only the one that was attached. The fire investigators believe the fridge coils actually exploded because she was only outside for about 10 mins when you see the smoke start coming out of the attic vents. She tried to run into the fire to save Duke, but was held back by the man that saw the smoke from the road and alerted her. She’s in a rural area, but I believe the first fire truck arrived within 20 mins.

The weird thing was that we saw a lot of flashing lights on our block and we didn't know what happened and my dad said com into our house and I did and that's when I saw the house behind us was fully on fire and a lot of fire departments came to help battle the big house fire with a lot of tanker trucks because where we live there's no fire hydrates near by to pump water around. The next morning we say our neighbor and he was covered in black soot from the fire and he had burn mark. We were guessing that he was trying to fight the fire or he was trying to get out of the house very quickly.

working smoke detectors save lives!
She has working smoke detectors, but she was outside checking on her bees. She has a couple acres and was on the other side of the yard and only recently got hearing aids, but they are still adjusting them, so she hasn’t been wearing them all the time until she gets used to them. Even then, the sound likely wouldn’t have carried that far away. She was only outside for 10 mins and from what they’ve found, it appears the fridge actually exploded which is how it went up so fast.
Definitely always good advice to have working smoke detectors, but what I didn’t know is how critical it is to clean the coils on a fridge every 6 months. It’s very very rare they explode, but now I’ve been telling everyone cause I don’t know anyone that does that.

My home owners insurance cost is $6200.00 a year.
