The ATF has assumed powers not in it's legal mandate. We have bureaucrats acting as legislatures making up their own laws and regulations. We need a total review and reform of the federal bureaucracy.

Powers not enumerated to the federal government in the Constitution are reserved for the states The right to bear arms ( meaning the right to use mechanized weaponry to defend your rights, your property, your fellow man, your country and yourself) shall not be infringed.
The constitution is the law of the land because it is a contract. The contract between we the people and those who
occupy the offices of the government as described in the document, which grants that governing body the authority to govern in the manner prescribed in the contract. Violating the contract, necessarily voids it for whoever violated it. All elected officials take an oath of office, where they swear under penalty of removal that they will protect and defend this contract. Anyone subverting the constitution, is breaking the contract and their oath, and in doing do, their authority must be rescinded. Trying to make laws that are contradictory to the constitution SHOULD immediately result in that official being removed. We need to get this government inline with constitutional principles, because right now they dont have consent of the governed, they are an occupying force

Any law that is unconstitutional is Null and Void, and administrative agencies DO NOT have the authority to make laws to begin with. That is reserved for the congress.
