Relationships are paramount. Leadership at any level requires good relationships with people above you, below you, and beside you in the chain of command so we can understand the needs of the people and teams we work with. When we understand their needs, we can support them and move closer to accomplishing the broader mission. Through relationships, we find out how to support each other and work as a true team.
