@@Diddykong-e4v so troll pelt is considered a blue rarity item. Since goblin caves bosses hunting loot table also has purple items in it. The luck favours the purple items over the pelt, despite the pelt actually being more desired

If you're fishing for gear and not mob drops. Also relatively sure it doesn't really increase chance for named items. Might even decrease it given so much gear/collectibles gets a boosted chance of appearing. (Might actually be good to farm skele champs with it for keys.)
