- All original video tracking, not SpaceX or NASA. It was great to have clear skies!! Thanks to Ed Geiger and Pete Carstens for awesome tracking!! Thanks for Subscribing!! Thanks for Donating !! You can watch Pete on (maxQproductions) We are a US disabled veteran run, non-profit video production company whose mission is to bring other disabled US Veterans to witness a launch, experience US Space History and become part of our report. This will Never. Get. Old.
Maybe until starship starts doing it?
@@xxZerosumxx even if Starship does all the amazing things its planned to do, the Flacon 9 launches will never get old for me. It'll be the OG workhorse orbital class rocket.
Can hardly wait to watch Starship
200 Launches...... amazing...
Outstanding, folks!!
Thank you for all that you do.
FANTASTIC footage as always.
Speed indicators make all the difference in watching these
The Eye of Sauron during the entry burn is always cool to see.
"A land landing at landing zone one" I love that we have to specify the type of landing and location. How far we've come. SpaceX Rocks!
"Rideshare also possible on our starlink launches, they will happen once a week or so" 😳😱👍🤣!
By the end of 2023, cameras will be glowing
Another amazing vídeo ,,,,congrats and good year to your team 👌👌👌
Loved the entry burn shots! - another amazing job Ed & Pete
We cannot thank you enough for those views!
Missed the launch itself but was outside in Port Saint Lucie to hear and feel the sonic booms of the booster coming back! Thanks for the replay!
we begin to explore our solar system. bless SpaceX
bless high chamber pressure
👏👏👏👏👏
Great shots! Thanks. BZ
AWESOME
That was a spicy return. Awesome tracking as always. Thank you
Thanks!
Thank You, Bill !!
Always amazing.
Steadier camera work than SpaceX! 👍
Another amazing capture 👍
Lol , all that great tech and the speaker sounds like it came from a transistor radio , oh , great vid , thank you
Excellent coverage, smooth and steady.
a very steady hand to the Op! Thank you
You guys always have the best footage!
Love your channel, thanks for doing what you do!
Nice CGI 😍👍🏻
It’s not
Poor guy. He live in Narnia.
Were you there?
@@Luis-fc6mn I see you love CGI
@@elcirculovip I see you love conspiracy.
Simply marvelous! Thanks again guys!
Wow...greate
Unbelievable footage!! I hope Scott Manley get's a hold on this so he can explain everything in detail to us!
We would welcome that:)
@@Uslaunchreport Questions I would ask him: Why does the first stage get even fainter after separation when actually it‘s on it’s way back? He would probably use some Kerble-Rocket-Science-Thing and then say „Anyway ..!“. Why to the bottom vector thrusters look like re-starting engines for a while? Why does the rocket completely disappear within the flames when they actually do light up (the best looking part btw!). And question to you: How on earth could you keep the camera on target in the middle part? Automated?
@@stefanschneider3681 As far as tracking the target is concerned if I can see it on our moniters I can follow it with the joystick. Our system is completely and fully manually controlled
@@edgeiger6621 Wow, I was convinced it was GPS on auto...great job!
@@stefanschneider3681 After separating the booster gains altitude for a couple of minutes before leveling off and coming back down.
Right now I'm unsure of the numbers but as a guess it's about 70km up at separation and goes up to about 140km so gains another 50%+ before descending again.
So basically that's why it's harder to see.
I was looking forward to this video coming out 😎😎
This is brilliant
Almost like, “oops, I left the light on”.
nice
nice track tyty
So cool! It's cooler than penguin sh*t!
Nice! Seeing wasn't so great that day, but excellent footage nonetheless!
Amazing view for me; never saw/read about the entry burn start sequence of center engine followed by two outer engines. Makes total sense to stabilize the booster deceleration with the center engine then add the potentially asymmetrical outer two engine thrust thus minimizing use of attitude control thrusters and/or gird fin action. I will watch more of your work from now on.
Also...supersonic retro propulsion.... They use the engines firing to force away the plasma to stop it burning up on re-entry.
It's genius!
Looks like its bowin
Atmospheric distortion
When did spacex start landing rockets back on earth like this!?
Fairing halves need to sprout wings and RC glide back
Inflatable
They use ram-air canopies to steer close to the recovery ship and to flare for a soft landing on the water. Catching them in a net didn't work well and unless the sea state is very high, lifting them out of the ocean and rinsing them off is sufficient.
I can remember back in the 70's and 80's when we were duped into thinking how awesome NASA was. Now looking back, what a huge amount of waste for minimal progress.
SpaceX has consistently proven what an embarrassment NASA has been for decades. NASA should be shut down and it's employees should be forced into exile.
Way to go SpaceX; we love you Elon!
Back when Elon was focused on rocketry he did the most amazing things.
The video description says "not NASA", but the tracking camera at 0:26 is labelled NASA. Is this just for illustration?
?
Just a nasa decal that i put on the acquisition camera.
@@Uslaunchreport , the video states "All original video tracking, not SpaceX or NASA.". But the camera shown at 26 seconds of the video is clearly labelled NASA. So I was curious what is going on. Is it a private camera, but with the NASA logo? Or NASA provides the tracking mount but others can mount their cameras on it, too? Or NASA provides a video feed of a large region, but individuals can track the rocket within this frame independently? No idea how this works...
@@edgeiger6621 Thanks. That explains it.
@@louscheffer2283 This is a privately owned home built optical tracker which i built and have been for the last 3 years working with Us Launch Report to record our all original video
Wait, what did he say his name was? Chiffon? . . . . . “WTF”
You'll have to make a big sign "DO NOT LEAN ON TRAILER" or put someone on guard duty... as you can see... while you fight to maintain your sight on target, people can't stop rubbing themselves against it... I don't know... get a badass rottweiler or something...
For sure. We will address that problem
Amen :)
I’ll stick with the SpaceX footage as the clarity is spot on, this seems blurry and out of sync.

Spacex should have better clarity on the close in shots because we are looking through 10-11 miles of turbulent air to start. But if you like to watch quivering rockets in flight and blank screens during a anomaly then you have found the right launch provider in Spacex. As far as sound goes we just try to synchronize our original video to spacex sound.
This audio is terrible and the video is not synced at all
lol k
