Don't go behind toppers, be smart & free for your own decisions and get out of the bhed chal. Don't be manipulated by toppers. Everyone have stress and pressure because this is needed by our brain to work. If you are following toppers it doesn't mean you will be escaped from stress and pressure 😅
Leaving a seat & preparing again is a very risky decision, which parents usually don’t support specially in case of women. Sir I feel that is also a very big reason why people leaving central institutes are majorly men.
Not exactly.. women's problems are taken more seriously than men's problems in any clg.. Men dont have the luxury to ask for help and expect someone to take them seriously...
If anything happens to a women the entire country comes for support(like RGkar case) but if anything happens to a man, like few weeks back a male Derma Resident committed suc*de in JIPMER and no one seems to care..

Bro I left jipmer medicine
In my unit many girls than boys
And I got toxicity from ladies only
Not men mostly
Thank God AIIMS delhi has more men as women topping is less in top
Usually men don't torture like women
😂😂😂
😂😂
Same type of conclusion given by army Major on survey of female CO . Female CO r more toxic than male co
😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
Dada - i think Topper has tendency to study to much. As High as 14-16 hours a day. But suddenly when they reach residency they are not get enough time to study and They are one who has habit of doing mental work. It is Evident from counseling results also, most topper opts Radio, Derma & Medicine over Surgical branch as MD branch require more of study, mental work than MS branch. Upto 50-60 hours ⌛of work is fine but 90-120 hours per week is difficult for most studious student.
Yes absolutely
Sir it harming midrank I mean 4-8 ranker general candidates in perticular very much
I don't like this game of join and resign
Govt should make rule if you join any govt seats in both private /govt institute
That person should be banned for next 2yrs atleast from writing any entrance exam @@Drmayukhhazra
Surgical branches also require over 90 hrs of work per week
instead of virtue signaling...can you give me the number of JR's who committed suc*die in PGI and JIPMER????
Sir in my opinion women are simply conditioned to adjust and live with unsatisfied feeling. it is sad though
Yes I also think so

And that's why women creat more toxicity
And that's how someone creat more toxicity
Marriage 😂
State colleges are equally toxic. It’s just most of the states demand 10-50L as seat leaving penalty when the stipend is just 50k. While in INIs your salary is itself 1L and penalty is 3L pretty affordable and every 6 months you do have an exam to get next seat ❤
Yes that's true
Indeed!
Even dr devesh dharmrajan who got rank 2 in ini may 24 left pgi radio and got rank 8 in nov ini 24 choosing mch neurosurgery at nimhans
Ya,even I saw... Did he join tho?
What was the reason behind it though? I know PGI is toxic, still radiology is supposed to be relatively chill right? Or maybe it was about future prospects of radiology with AI taking over? God knows
@@viveknayak1531 maybe he wasn't satisfied with the branch. Hence he opted neuro
6 years same Branch😮😮😮
Bhai rank 7 ne neurosurgery lii hai rank 8 ne nahi
I know a guy who left md pedia from AIIMS delhi and joined jimper md medicine next year
Why??...any idea about the exact reason??
lmao
Did he leave jipmer aswell??
💀💀💀JIPMER medicine is the most toxic departments. I hope he is doing well.
He must be regretting about his choice of medicine in jipmer.
I know a senior who left MAMC Ortho , after 10 months working there. He said he was making 10L for seat leaving penalty so stayed 10 months to earn it to pay 😢
MAMC ortho and surgery is toxic as far as I know, respect his decision
If u dont like ur stream its okay to leave...but bcz of bullying or toxicity i think its not...the world outside 4 walls of the college wont be kinder lol
I left JIPMER Surgery for Medicine.. no regrets now
hi sir , how is surgery in jipmer in terms of work ? how many days per week can i get sleep ? kindly reply
@ Working hours can vary like on normal days, 13-14 hrs/day to >40 hrs straight without sleep on emergency and post emergency days which were once every week. On Sundays you have rotations. Also depends on which unit you are in , mine was GI and HPB unit , they had complicated cases so the postop management was important and hence long duties and more imaging and lab work . In other units for eg breast unit JR1 used to get free by 8-8.30 pm on normal days..so you get to sleep for 5 hours average but. Not on emergency
@@passionate_medico thanks sir 🙏🙏
Prolly I will join
@@thestealth293 All the best..!
please shed some light on how surgery JR1 in JIPMER is abused and how they are asked to pay for meals and dinner for every senior in the unit out their own stipend money..
Next 4 months Jipmer has no interns. So this session I expect more resignation than any other sessions. Medicine , surgery , OG , ortho will be going through hell in next 4 months. But even after that , when interns come , first one month you have to teach them everything , more efforts.
JIPMER has a dearth of interns and the JR's make full use of them😅
Ok new info I came to know thanks
JIPMER has the highest resignation rate than any other central institute..
@@friendlyneighborhoodhuman 200% agree
as a neetpg aspirant of this yr I don't like toppers writing every exam and leaving seat and joing other institutes, where midrankers always suffer
Govt of India should make rule , resignation should be made within 100 days if residency if they have genuine problem and do counseling again like mopup round
If they want to leave after that compulsory they should work for minimum 1 yr after resignation
Toppers join and resign game making midranker general candidates suffer much
Today we have whopping 63.5% after that many other quotas and seat blocking ,toppers games
If they join any pg residency they should be banned from writing entrance exam for next 2 yrs minimum
Yeah sure mid ranker...any more suggestions??
Yes they should be banned
Then it is like beyond bonded labor. To pay to get out of that mess and even have conditions for that.
Stop crying bro.. Resignation is made available for a reason..
They didn't become toppers by complaining like you do..
How is medicine and surgery residency at aiims bbsr??? It is hectic as aiims delhi and mamc????
BBSR don't know MAMC it's hectic but you get interns
Sir on a totally unrelated note , can you make a video on how to concise medicine main notes, or how to approach medicine for neet pg or inicet?
Sir, please make a video on colleges in Kolkata!
I wanted to take ENT from kolkata, is your college good for that and how is the toxicity in ENT?
Thank you.
It's good but best is sskm
@ thank you for replying sir,

I know a girl too who left AIIMS Delhi.
Yes but see the ratio maybe male: female is 10:1
I left my medical profession 1 year ago .
What you are pursuing now sir?

How is medicine at aiims delhi and at mamc ?. Hectic and toxicity wise..?
Which colleges are best for md medicine? Good exposure but not toxic .Hectic is okay
Both are good and hectic
Because they can.. 😅
😂 absolutely...even they can write another exam with just 1 month of preparation & can get under top 50
Kyonki unko mil ja raha hain😂
Wt is stipend in aiims kalyani???
All are approx 1L after tds
@@Drmayukhhazra dada i absolutely love ur video ❤is stipend of first yr in AIIMS kalyani also 1lakh?
@@Drmayukhhazra dada loved ur video as always❤ ...is stipend in first yr residency in AIIMS kalyani is also 1 lakh?
People cannot handle little bit bullying n tagging it as toxicity. How will you handle stress in life? Grow up
Bullying is light thing huh. Don't act like ramsay
Dude where did you study? I wouldn't wish JIPMER medicine on my worst enemy. The suicide rate is 1-2 every year
Person who doesn't know residency toxicity speaks like she knows. It's not your patjetic office politics
