I'm guessing it's similar to the addon poro professor that u can download where u can ping summoners and it's shared with the rest of your team who also have the addon
@@jackspinner4727 It's weGAME. It is like an addon, but as far as I have heard its pretty much forced since its from Tencent and they own Garena as-well. There are some user scripts that can make you run league without weGAME.

Pretty sure ashkan is right. I think it’s a Chinese client thing. I’m pretty sure I have seen xcm use it.
