I could see adding some cooked chopped up bacon right before you put the cheese on. Sure it's good without that but that just popped in my head as I was watching you add toppings!

Very bland won't make again
Maybe use good mature cheddar and salt and pepper
@@tridentmissile1 I did, I think a good cheese sauce is better than the batter used in this recipe
