Every game- pre season or not has meaning. There were men on that field playing for a job even hoping to get on the practice squad to keep their dream alive. That alone should be applauded. Good W for the Bears tonight. 🐻⬇
Bagent better have one heck of a camp cause Rypien looked fantastic
Stop already and hold the train. Bagent was only allowed one or two sets and almost all of those plays were running plays as if they were looking more at the two running-backs than Bagent. Whereas Rypien, played almost the game and had a ton of chances to throw and remember, Rypien was playing against 2nd and 3rd string players. And the last time Rypien played against starters in the NFL, he was awful.
@@ephraim2793 Last time Bagent played, HE looked awful. I’ve never seen Bagent loft a back shoulder touch throw to the sideline. Keep rippin with Rypien

@@antwaunbrunson3450 The Bears never said it but the game program said there’s a battle for backup @ QB & RB. Rypien looked comfortable in this new offense, went through his reads & found open receivers all over the field and is capable of making tough throws. I was high on Bagent last season but Rypien just did things I’ve never seen Bagent do and clearly took the early lead in the backup QB competition. There’s a lot of practices and preseason games to go, so this discussion will take care of itself but last year is over and my loyalty is to the best Bears player

A good win for the Bears in this Weather shortened game after only 3 Qtrs.
Fawcett Stadium seems to always have issues when the weather-heavy rains arrive in Canton, OH. The drainage system needs improvement.
The threat of Lightening Strikes is also a safety issue for the players, coaches and everyone in the stadium. Bear Down, Go Bears!
