  • ITB Companies presents its new pad cooling system, totally made of plastic.
    The ITB evaporative cooling system is used in areas where highly efficient cooling is required. It can be used for many different cooling purposes but is particularly suitable for evaporative cooling in poultry houses.
    ITB Companies recommend the use of plastic cooling pads instead of the paper version. These plastic cooling pads have the same efficiency and more advantages, such as a long lifetime and the easy cleaning of the pads.

    great job! You could probably increase your "Delta T" if you could bury some of the return line, or the entire reservoir in the ground. That would increase the efficientcy by quite a bit I would imagine. As long as you don't have to add to the pump pressure due to the increase in height.

    Hey genius, just because you can use a modeling program doesn't mean you can come up with good idea's. This has to be the most flawed design I've seen, EVER. What happens to the suction pressure in the room when someone opens a window or a door? Genius much? Didn't think so.

      lol suction pressure, or a vacuum, which there is none because amazingly the air is circulated in from the outside, ha.

      Michael Lazarus Opening the door or window typically is for short duration s. Any type of system is subject to this circumstance. There are always ways to defeat a system. Try to look at the benefit,the simplicity, and the cost per BTU benefit as opposed to other systems.
