    This really only works with meats of fish that require a fairly short cooking time. After all, you are creating a reactive moisture reducing and super-seasoning mini-oven.

    Great video... I like the fact that things went a little off script... that way you show how to save the cook.... oh and aren't you glad you used that kitchen paper on the bottom of your pan??? Lol...

    some people eat camel meat or milk but its super rare things mostly only dates fruit

    Unlike the weber vent system, the old napoleon kettle vent system sucks! Hardly any temperature control. Hope the new design works better.

    We just cook directly on grille and just put some salt on them and cut individually and fo not remove the fat . They turn out great

    3 ribs, 5 lbs of Salt, 3 hours of cooking, and 2 more hours in the oven and still had to put it back on the grill - all for 3 ribs, I think I’ll pass.

    My Houston Nephew says he has never heard of all those herbs in Texas, where they only have salt, pepper and beer as seasoning. Of course, they are still arguing about the Alamo, so………………………

    Aluminum foil? It is Aluminium foil ... don't just leave half of the letters just because Americans do it. Otherwise when speaking with your family just speak in Afrikaans instead of Dutch ... same same.
