    Thank you for sharing. Your tips are very practical and your story comes across very real. We too had a child start school on this diet. We told the administration she had very severe food allergies that would lead to seizures. That seemed to get their attention. It is important to share this with every teacher. Band, PE, home room, etc - as some will use candy or treats as rewards for good behavior, or when celebrating different things.
