When he says “punch in” doesn’t he mean like recorded each individual note separately? Then arranged it to the what the reference lick was. Because in hyper pop they do this but only in clean and panning notes?

The only reason hes not famous is because the way he puts himself out there, which is still pretty good but i feel as if he advertised his youtube and spotify more on his socials he'd definitely be famous, i wish i could have his music in games it would be so slick
I like his whole vibe of what he's doing but he definitely can't play all this live. Same thing with rap if u talking about something that your not doing in real life you don't find them real enough. Same goes with his playing, u technically can't play all those stutters and stops and pitch shifts with out his laptop.
