Love these, l have loads of paper pads and scraps of paper that l need to use up, put off using all my stamps as takes so long to colour them in,maybe next year, as doing paper boutique gnomes this year x
Thank you for this video. I have made cards for years but over the last few years I have been buying commercial cards. You have inspired me to start making Christmas cards this year 2019. Regards Julie Australia. ❤️
WOW, these are beautiful Helen. Thanks for sharing your One Sheet Wonder Tutorial Template. You made making all these so easy. Time to give 'batch' crafting a go. xx
I've never done black and white for Christmas, but love your cards! Great tutorial! We are always looking for way to make as many cards as we can with our beautiful papers. TFS
Very nice. Thank you for sharing your measurements and knowledge. The black and white is beautiful. Yes, I have the Stampin blends and they are wonderful. You did a nice job on the coloring.
Hehehe I totally understand about the dog! Our big dog used to wag his tail and knock the tree over...what a mess. I sing all the time too! My dogs run outside and hide their heads in the sand....I sound like a dying cow. I look forward to seeing your advent videos. Merry Christmas
Thank you Betty, Merry Chrismas to you as well! Yeah I know the tree will always end upover at some point lol, he ran in from the snow today and jumped up me during a video... I had embossing powder everywhere!!
I was watching the video and realized the name “slimmandstylish” not to be rude, mean, or petty but the name was a complete turn off and had me leave the site. There are many retired and otherwise that may not fit this group. First negative comment I have ever written.
Laura Holden Hi Laura, thank you for your comment my business name is not to be insulting to anyone at all. My name is Helen Slimm (two M's like the one in SlimmandStylish) and therefore the name is a spin on my last name... I started out face to face with people so everyone knew my last name and understood. I am most certainly not trying to upset anyone, as I myself am quite curvy.
If you go to her blog, you'll see that her last name is Slimm. I don't think she meant it as a slight. It's just a clever take on her last name. I enjoyed your project and am looking forward to using your measurements and placements or my New Year's cards! Thanks so much for giving such clear directions!
