How to make baked potatoes
A very simple and effective way to prepare potatoes for dinner.
Ingredients:
a few medium potatoes
1 teaspoon of sweet pepper
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 tablespoon of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
oil, salt and pepper
Place the potatoes on a wooden spoon, which prevents the potato from being cut through. Carefully cut the potato into strips of about 1 cm.
Combine the spices and mix thoroughly with the oil.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Press the garlic through a press or grate it on a small grater.
Lightly grease the baking dish with oil.
We rub our spices into the potatoes, not forgetting about the crevices.
Place it in a dish and put it in the oven.
The time depends on the potato (its size), type of oven, etc....
I set it at 200 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes (you need to adjust it)
